Clean, great staff, warm and welcoming.

Joined yesterday cancelled today in total disgust on first and last brief visit to the "Gym", literally the whole place is falling apart, the changing rooms are disgusting, dirty ... the Gym full of old equipment, many Gyms have skipped better.
positively the old pool is big, but sadly given over to "Aqua"!!!
Couldn't wait to leave... the staff didn't seem to care...
Happily now a member at Nuffield a mile away (actually with a deal same price) well equipped clean and great staff.

I decided to return to swimming as a form of exercise that I had not done for many years, the staff are friendly and helpful.
The times I choose the pool is fairy empty and I can go at my own pace.
The changing rooms, toilet and showers are all kept clean.

I love Cheam Leisure centre, great facilities with amazing classes! Sauna & Steam are cherry on the cake!

Good choice of classes though it can be difficult to get booked on the most popular ones.

There is constant very noise, posing as music, blaring out of cheap speakers. It's so loud that you cant listen to your own music through the headphones. 99% of people in the listen to their own music. I have complained to 6 members of the staff over a two-week period but the din continues. Nobody minds quiet soft music in the background.
I will not be renewing my membership at end of October.

Our two daughters have been having swimming lessons here for over a year, and whilst the quality of the teaching is great, the centre itself is poor. The water in the pool is freezing and the showers in the changing rooms are often just as cold so that there is no chance to warm up after a very cold lesson in the pool. Our daughters come out of their lessons shivering with purple lips, and despite numerous complaints to the management over the time we have been here and frequent assurances that the boilers will be fixed soon (this is a yarn that several of my friends have been spun too), nothing has changed at all. For this reason we are moving our daughters elsewhere for their lessons. It is a real shame.

It was hard to decide what star rating. Cheam baths is very dated but if everyone active didn’t keep it going who would!
The gym equipment is so old, it’s not until you visit other gyms you realise how far some weight machines have come!
But my daughter loves her swim instructor and the yoga instructor is fantastic. I wish they would put on more virtual classes when the hall isn’t in use.

Good facilities, great staff who are always friendly and professional. We, and many other regular users are fed up with having to book. The pandemic, whilst not over, is no longer an issue and therefore there is no excuse for continuing with this time wasting and cumbersome system.

Bottom line of my complaint…..CARE WITH THIS COMPANY…. They are making increase’s even though a plan you may be on is still available. Look through the reviews!!!!! They don’t deal with your complaint! and by the looks of things don’t refund when they should. This company hides behind their APP or emails and when you go to your centre they say they can’t help and you have to send an email which the company then hide behind!!!. I’ve now had a reply which again has not dealt with my complaint, the plan I was on is still available !!!!! and everyone active you know it is.

I can see your account has been changed from £25.00 per month to £29.99 per month from 01/06/2022. This was done as part of a recent review of prices for the subscription you were currently on and other similar memberships. For more information, please contact your local centre and they should be able to advise further.

Update- Still waiting !!!! come on Everyone Active….. deal with complaints from your customers. Are local councils aware of the shabby way you treat us?

Update- Still waiting for my complaint to be dealt with. Facebook message from someone today 6th July at Everyone active (no name of the person) states that a ticket has been raised for my complaint to minimise the response time! 7 days so far and still waiting.

Update- Ross James! This is not about changing my plan ! This is your company increasing my plan even though the original price for the scheme I’m on is still available! and over charging me. If your not willing to deal with my issue correctly, provide me with the CONSUMER ARBITRATION contact details for me to take this matter further. PS your customer service skills need looking at if this how you deal with a complaint!

Thank you for your enquiry.

Unfortunately, your request to change your membership has been submitted too late to change the direct debit due to come out on the first on July.

Any requests to change must be submitted by the 20th of any month in order to take place from the first of the next month as per the terms and conditions of the membership.

If you would still like your membership to change from 01/08/22 please reply to this message via the link provided and confirm that you are happy for your direct debit to be changed from £29.99 to £24.99 and you are happy for this to take place from 01/08/22.

Today-Still waiting for Everyone active to respond to my complaint!

Yesterday-My monthly subscription has gone up noticed o my bank statement and only found 1 email when I searched my emails! No letters received. I tried to find their prices online but found nothing ! .went into my centre who confirmed the price plan I was on is still available and they could not advise why my price has increased. I’ve been paying for months and like so many people not been but using it and keep giving myself the talk to get back lol. These centres don’t contact you to remind you if you still want the plan and are very happy to keep taking your direct debit!, but when you have an issue they will not help and you have to sort online and the site/App is useless!
I’ve had a message from someone at Everyone Active via Facebook as I left a bad review saying they want to help. Well let’s see because I’m not going away and will be leaving bad reviews everyday till they put me back to the tariff I should be on. If I have no response and reimbursement I will be taking my complaint to trading standards.

Good locality, pleasant reception staff, good instructors, a little lacking general facilities, in cleanliness & sanitising supplies
