This company deserves not one star. I ordered a ombré platinum wig with specific instructions. I paid over $400.00 for a human wig!!! I waited and waited and waited...
Finally it arrived , I pulled it out and it was a ugly orange brown color. The color women get when lifting there brown or black hair to blonde. So ugly,and such a lie and waste of time and money. DON’T GIVE THIS CO YOUR MONEY!!!

These wigs take forever “like 2 months” to ship and when you ask where the product is at then they ask if you want to cancel and when you say yes then they charge you a $30 cancelation fee. I think this company is just making money off of cancelation fees. Their product is bad material according to other reviews

After receiving my second wig, I had no problem with the shipment, it arrives just the days that DHL says, that is, 4 days, and I live in Mexico. I asked for a pink wig and a blonde one, only that one didn't have the exact color of the image, it was a bit more platinum, but from there on out, just that.

Sure it took a while before i got it, like almost a month but it is outside Europe (I live in Sweden) so nothing new But it did only show "Packaging" the order for like 2-3 weeks but Belle from customer service was super sweet and solved everything, and the after i got the wig REALLY fast.

I've bought 5 wigs from this company! They are absolutely amazing, you can feel the quality after wearing some time. Their wigs are easy to care and maintain compared to other company's' i purchased with. You can find many same wigs online but everydaywigs wigs are in the best price and the best quality. The hair color is more brilliant than others and the customer service reply my email in time. so this must be my favorite wig company!

Just another random website, that pretends to sell quality wigs, when in fact (and if you do some researches online), the wigs are from differents websites.

Most of theirs wigs are overpriced and can easily be found on Aliexpress or Amazon for a cheaper price. In fact, they all came from there with the same quality!!
And the shipping is way faster if you buy the wigs on Aliexpress or Amazon.

They just buy some cheap wigs from Aliexpress and other chinese websites and just spike up the prices. A shame.

I bought my wig (26 inch black straight) on a clearance sale back in January, only $80. I guess with that price I should’ve known but I’m glad I did go through with the clearance because you could not give me enough money to spend on these wigs. Immediately after taking it out of the box and putting it on, I had my hairstylist friend ready to cut, style, thin, essentially make the wig look wearable. He told me right away that the quality of the wig was probably the worst he’s ever seen and I knew he was right. He tried cutting, thinning slightly, moving around my head. NOTHING he could do with this mess. Not to mention how much it tangles. I’ve tried to contact this company via their “chat support” (sketchy because it’s never online) and I got nothing back. I have been trying for months now and my wig is completely unwearable and unable to get the tangles out from the few times I managed to wear it. I’ve tried brushing it with every different type of brush, cutting knots out only for the wig to immediately knot back up and nothing seems to work. I will never buy another product from this company again and I strongly advise other people not to as well. All of the reviews I’ve seen on YouTube were positive but my guess is they’re being paid for saying nice things, don’t trust it. Spend the extra money and get a human hair or even synthetic from a much better company.

Everydaywigs was my first online store where i purchased a wig from. I was super satisfied. Fast shipping, the wig is amazing and gorgeous.

After that, i purchased 2 more wigs from them last january 30th. Its today Feb, 4th and i got them delivered efficiently by DHL. They provide an excellent costumer service. Free shipping. And their wigs are absolutely amazing. I will certainly buy more. Plus, they will help you with a receipt if you email them, If DHL asks you for it for customs clearance! Belle was lovely in providing me a receipt and i did not pay any extra taxes over the 2 wigs i got today!

Tbh I wanted to love this product, however it took a whole month to be sent to me. I ordered it for an event and couldn’t even wear it because it never came! I paid $400!!! I would expect my hair to be made at least a week, not a month. So disappointed.

I posted a 1 star review 26 Dec because of not like the wigs I had received and Everydaywigs's failure to respond to my emails(maybe vacation).

Since then, I was contacted by Belle who made it a priority to resolve my issue. She contacted me several times to ask how I wanted to be compensated and ensured that I received a refund. I appreciate that Everydaywigs followed up and treated me like a valued customer.

Very good experience with my last buy from Everydaywigs! The hair matched my coloring and the style I wanted ,fast delivery, I recommend it!

This wig is cute, beautiful, and very well made! It was my first time buying one, but my sister who is into cosplay helped me pick this one.

ZERO STARS! I would give ZERO stars for this company.
I hesitate to call it a company because that implies they make a product with customers in mind. I ordered a custom wig unit and after months of waiting, contacting them, and once the unit arrived it was completely wrong. The unit smelled of cigarettes, the custom color was drastically incorrect and the cap size was large. I requested a refund and for the seller to pay shipping. The best I could get accomplished was opening a claim with PayPal to get my refund and to cover a percentage of the shipping. The ground shipping is 81.00 dollars at the cheapest rate, reimbursement of 30.00 from PayPal. I am out 40 + dollars, time waisted on a unit I could have gotten somewhere else and heartache over the struggle this has caused me. This unit is for myself as I have a chronic illness and lost my hair. I encourage buyers to NEVER PURCHASE FROM EVERYDAY WIGS.

I ordered my human hair wig a month ago . And I kept trying to get a hold of customer service to find out why it was taking so long but it was very difficult to get a hold of customer Service. I finally got a hold of them and got the wig after a month. After receiving the wig it was not at all what I expected. I ordered a human hair wig and it was not human hair and i tried to send it back but they said they don't do returns. How can you do false advertising online then send poor quality wigs that are overpriced. My recommendation don't order from this company it is not at all what I expected and I am very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would my wig has been on hold at dhl for several days now and I can’t get through to anyone as they say my tracking number isn’t on their records when it is. I have tried to get in touch with customer service and they have just given me the tracking number again which was not what I asked for in my email. Customer service is appalling they delete your complaints on their Instagram so they look like a good website and take days to reply with rubbish advice DO NOT buy from them unless you want to waste $60 on nothing my advice is to go on amazon and buy a wig from there as it’s far more reliable and hell of a lot cheaper.

In reply to the comment below I don’t swear or use unkind words on social media to attack a brand I simply ask for help and a reason why my countless DMs and emails are ignored. Let’s face it you remove the comments so your company doesn’t look as unreliable as it is.

I ordered a wig, the quality is just the cheapest (my 10$ from aliexp. Has much better quality), sheds a lot, gets tangked every 2 seconds and the frontal lace is just HORRIBLE! Their costumer service answer was that "it's like that". Never buy from them!

I ordered a certain color blonde w brown stripes and brown roots and I received a pink tinted wig with dark frown roots, I emailed them in panic basically explaining to them that I thought they sent me the wrong wig and in their replies they weren’t even speaking proper English... hard for me to understand them, but they asked for pictures (sent them some with and without flash) and they told me I needed to take a picture outside in natural light. Super irritating and as I did that I never got an email back from them. My feelings were very hurt they didn’t care how upset I was. My hair has been falling out and I struggle w my self esteem bc of it and I was very excited to try a wig for the first time and I felt so cheated .. $400+ for a wig and it was nothing in the description/ picture . If only I could post photos ..

This is the first time for me to buy a wig and fortunately i got a perfect one
