called to enquire about my season ticket - after waiting 40 mins on phone was dismissed by a very rude operator and told my card will be sent out - i asked if he could check and told me basically no - no just kept dismissing me very rudley and as if I was an idiot - he told me if hadn't heard anything by Friday to call back. why he couldn't just check for me I don't know - the club is a disgrace. I expect ill be calling back Friday on hold for another 40 minutes.

I love my club, but £71 for a basic stuck in the corner ticket! Ripping off the fans seems to be how they run the hill Dickinson stadium. Utter disgrace

General systematic abuse caused by the likes of this football team and other businessmen operating in and around Liverpool ‘building’ the next big things. Don't start worrying about collateral damage now, whatever you do! Just enjoy the new conservatoire, you’ll find a lot of your old and new damages there creating compositions from the trauma. Or the red light district of Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Blackpool - classic.

I took my husband on the tour today brilliant we had Bill and Sophie showing us round would recommend it .

How is that that, as a season ticket holder (me and my son) if you are sat in Club View at Everton's new stadium, you cant resell your tickets through the official resale platform.

The answer is from the customer service department, I should have read the FAQ's before I selected my seat apparently. WHAT A JOKE!!

I mistakenly thought we could resell tickets for games we couldn't attend, just like I did at Goodison for all those years. But, no in Club View for some reason, we cannot.

Everton claim to be the peoples club, caring about their fans and community. TOTAL BOLLOCKS!!

Everton used to have the best website in the country. Now you can’t buy a ticket without a membership, check on injuries and suspensions and listen to commentary on matches on the website without a membership when you can listen on BBC Sounds for free. Once the People’s Club is now a shambles.

I purchased my original seat from Goodson park in may 2025 and I have had several email saying it’s being distributed but never comes, But now I am trying to cancel it they are basically replying with cryptic messages, I have contacted EFC direct who say basically nothing to do with them yet as far as I am concerned my contract is with Everton football club and who ever they use as a 3rd party is down to them but at present being fobbed off.

Bought tickets for Everton v Nottingham Forest, Dec 6 2025 at 15:00. Paid £200 for x2 tickets back on 24th August, to date no tickets have arrived, liaising with Seat Unique & Everton complete waste of time! Not ideal given I have mental health issues!

I went to Everton to watch the England v Australia Rugby league game.
I am disabled with MS and have nothing but praise for the treatment I received once at the ground.
All stewards were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for me, one steward walking us via a wheelchair to show the surrounding area before taking us to our Lounge before the game. My wheelchair was stored during the game and returned immediately upon my return.

My husband got tickets for the Goodison park tour for 2 adults and 2 children we took our grandkids my grandson is Everton fan as myself and my husband what an experience wow it’s was worth the wait expeditiously the tour guys Tony and Kenny would recommend to all Everton fans up the toffees thanks guys

From kicking off to the final whistle the tour is a must do, being the last season the Old Lady will see in the Premiership.

Both Dave and Ron the tour guides where excellent, if you split them both down the middle these guys would have Everton in their DNA.

Fabulous tales old and new that will be shortly confined to the history books once we move to Bramley Moore Dock.

One thing that got me by surprise was walking out of the tunnel to the "siren" and then "Z cars" this is very emotional and a lasting memory for all.

Do not miss your chance to visit Goodison Park before the final whistle is blown forever!

Great atmosphere, great venue, great hospitality.

Went to watch Leicester vs Everton and the experience within the away retail is not great. Bottles of Carling- not pints, big queues despite lots of staff and no food was ready for halftime. Staff shut the retail unit early because of complaints.

Amazing atmosphere however the support isn't that helpful can't wait for the new stadium

Emails get ignored and phone lines take on average 41 minutes to connect to a person.

Tried to buy tickets today with no luck albeit they are still available according to the web-site. I tried to order two one for me and one for my sons birthday. I am a member so I could order one for myself but not for my son. I rang the ticket office and after waiting in a queue I finally got through to a human. Everything seemed to be going OK until part way in I was cut off and then received an automated message asking me to do a survey. After that I was disconnected. I tried again but after the same rigmarole another human told me there was no tickets available so I explained that they were available on line (I was logged into the web-site whilst speaking with here). She said 'well just book on line'. Yes but I want two tickets and I cant do that on line I explained (again!). 'Sorry I cant help you then' was the reply. Its all very amatuerish. what a joke!

Went on the tour yesterday as a stand in as my mate could nt go and thoroughly enjoyed it,Bill and Dave guided us around and were excellent.i went to sort of say goodbye to a ground that has given me some great times and some not so good😳.When I was younger I would go to both Liverpool and Everton watching both teams from late 70s to late 80s it was a great time for both clubs.Am a red but always think of Everton as my second club.I still have my Liverpool season ticket and now and again look to see if Everton have tickets on general sale,credit to the fans as they are always sold out.Well worth a visit before the old lady is no more.Its a great shame its going but time moves on and it is time to go,the new one looks impressive.i hope they leave something when they move to honour the former players,staff and fans who will never get to go the new ground🙏.PS any spares for the derby😊

Fan services a joke my brothers season ticket still not arrived with two days before match tried to call fan services told due to fan volume in automated message to call the next day.tried several times over several days. Price of season ticket may not be a lot of money to those in the upper tier of the club but it is to my brother not good enough.

Just like to say how much myself and the family enjoyed the Everton stadium tour - we wanted to do this before we move to the new stadium and we weren't disappointed. My only slight disappointment, which I hope is sorted at the new stadium, is that there wasn't a museum type room - we are the 4th most successful team in English football (currently!) but you wouldn't have known this - more should have been made about our 9 league titles - I only noticed 1 league trophy and 1 FA Cup on display!

Also, my daughter had an issue with her Everton top, which the shop quickly sorted for us (and even re-printed her name on the back). Great service, thank you!

Ticket website is absolute rubbish. Members can't even get tickets
