Order Laura Geller cosmetics Made in Spain but received cosmetic made in China .Customer service is useless . Waisted time for sending emails. I’m happy I’m paid by PayPal, I have my money back. Beware shoppers on this website !!!!!!!

Absolute rip off.

Bought a full kit, they sent me 1 eyeshadow palette, not the full set. Denied I'd ordered the full set. I sent evidence to prove it. They responded that the advertising was incorrect!! It was their own advertising! Customer service is a joke. Applied for full refund through PayPal. Scam scam scam

Don’t. Don’t. Whatever you do, don’t buy this! Worse make up ever and customer service only gives you lip service.

A total rip-off as they didn't send what was ordered, claim something different was ordered DESPITE evidence to the contrary. Their claims of money back guarantee and free returns on their website are lies. They are THIEVES!!!

This company is total rip off, don't buy from them, my order came from China and the customer service has been terrible. I ordered and paid for 4 piece makeup set. What I got was 1 piece, cheap knockoff and despite photo evidence, they won't fix problem or refund my money.

I wish I had looked at trust pilot before buying from this shop. Ordered Laura Geller and received a cheap imitation that is found on Temu for less than £5. Can’t get a sensible answer from customer services to send back the product or get a refund.

It could be 0… saw now all the other reviews. Got caught with the same scam. Ordered the Laura Galler 4 pieces and got 2 pieces. Been writing to the company service email and their replies are total lies. It is soooo frustrating to get caught by a scam like this! Hope other customers will see all the reviews similar to mine to preclude them to be caught like us. DON’T BUY AT THIS SITE. REAL SCAM

Don’t waste your money goods not as promised no Laura Geller products all fake

I ordered a starter kit which included 4 items and I received incorrectly an eye pallet. I have emailed customer service several times and all I get back is the same response “we have checked with our distributor and you received what you ordered an eye pallet” this is despite me sending them a copy of my order confirmation which clearly states I ordered a starter kit. I have also requested a return and full refund against their 180 full money back guarantee and no comprehensive response yet. Wish I had read reviews before I placed an order. Buyer beware do not make my mistake, spend your money elsewhere!

I wish I had seen all the reviews before ordering. When my shipment arrived, it was nothing like what I had ordered. It was a cheap imitation, plus most of my order was missing. Customer service was nice in the beginning, but later claimed I had received what I ordered (even though I had sent them pictures of the confirmation of what I ordered versus what I received). DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! You will be very disappointed. Wish there was a zero rating because that is what they deserve.

Did not receive the products ordered. Small package arrived not the Laura gellar collection ordered inferior product wrong colors missing foundation and brushes that were supposed to be included. Customer service number no help. Goes to VM that is full.

I ordered Laura Geller makeup and brush. I had ordered from them before and was happy. I clicked on a link from a social media app (probably Instagram) to take advantage of a great offer on Laura Geller products. After several weeks, I received a broken brush, and the makeup streaked all over my face. I scrubbed it off and threw the whole $42 investment in the trash. STAY AWAY!

I order foundation two brushes and the Lara Geller palette ( eyeshadow/ blush)
Only the palette came and it is
( Multifunctional) not Laura Geller.
No sign of the other 3 items .
Sending them an email tonight ,but reading the other reviews ,I’m not too hopeful.
Let’s see if they respond . Wish I had known more .I wouldn’t have ordered .I don’t think I can recommend .

Have emailed and sent photos of items received which was not my complete order. Despite sending emails weekly i have still not received a response or my items. Fake items not Laura Geller. Do not use this company they will rip you off with countetfeit items and not even the full items you pay for.

My order received was not what I ordered, it wasn't the Laura Geller kit but a generic one. As well, it was missing the double ended brush as well as the compact with the kabuchi brush. No one is answering my emails for assistance. DON'T purchase from here , service is terrible . update: many many emails later, i was informed in so many words, too bad for you , and to return it at my cost to India. THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM !!

Not even one star. Utterly appalling g service. Only part of the order sent, endless of the same emails saying ‘their orders have testing’ ‘be patient’ ‘ we will refund you 35%’ er why? An arbitrary figure. How to get some resolution is a mystery. WATNING to anyone, don’t buy anything from this scam outfit.

If I could give 0i would. I ordered two 4pc sets that included 2 brushes for eyes two for blush two pallets ans two foundations. I pain 104.00 dollars and what I received were two pallets and two blush brushes. I have set multiple emails to the service dept with all the proof. In the end, customer service told me I only ordered 1 pallet. On top of everything else I didn't get any items with Laura Gellers name on it. What i got was the Temu knock off. If you want the real product go directly to Laura Geller.

I ordered a foundation palette with brushes for £32 it arrived with no brushes and very poor quality foundation/ makeup... I emailed them with proof of what i'd ordered, they said their orders go through rigorous testing and i didnt order what i said i had!!!? these emails arent personal and it can take days for some response.
Im waiting for another email hopefully as i resent my proof of order email today but it is the 3rd one ive sent .
