As an American working in the UK, I contracted Everfair for preparing my US and UK tax returns. The fee for both returns was £2400. It was good that they did eventually get both tax returns completed. But communication was very poor. It took months to get the returns done. They ignored emails completely, or sometimes responded very slowly. It was difficult to verify if the returns were done correctly. It was also concerning that they started asking for more money, above the agreed-on fee, several months into the process.

Our file suggests that the returns were sent to you within a few weeks of us receiving your final pieces of required information / instructions.
