The fact that Callum was able to visit me in order for us to arrange my next Motability car.
I am currently in the middle of an unusually long flare-up of my severe rheumatoid arthritis. As such, I am unable to go out at present.
Hopefully, a call tomorrow from my consultant rheumatologist will result in an improvement - and I expect to be able to visit your dealership when my new car is due to be picked up.

Edit: Part 2: I just got call that I will be able to get a courtesy car from tomorrow-which literally brought tears to my eyes as I really need a car.
Part 1: The worst company you could ever deal with - avoid by miles. I had bought a used car at the end of February, was told car is not ready, waited for nearly 3 weeks to finally start using the car. After 2 weeks a engine fault popped up and I called these guys as I had purchased extended warranty. I contacted the closed branch and they sent me back to here where I purchased the car. It took again weeks when I had to come for emissions test which past and I was literally told to go home and wait for them to come back about next steps. It was DPF filter and Ford told them as emissions passes they can't replace it free of charge. After the emissions I waited a month and nobody got in touch with me. I had to call and chase them to get something sorted as the fault was still there. Finally got booked in after another couple of weeks was asked if I could still leave the car there for a week. Which I said yes im ok for a week. Now week has past they keep telling me the part is on back order and they dont know when it will be available and they dont have a courtesy car for me so I have nothing. No car to drive, no timeline when it will be done and company which does nothing and selling faulty car which they can't repair in any known future. This is the most disgusting behaviour I have ever experienced. When I told them to rent a car so they can get me a courtesy car they told me they can't do it as it is expenses.

After a service, the heating was lost to my vehicle. I was advised it needed to go to a specialist @ £164 and the the dash would have to come out to replace a circuit board costing £1000’s. This was diagnosed by the bmw mechanic they had and the workshop manager. The actual fault I found was a dial on the dash they’d turned down during the service

Dropped of before 0750 as requested, completion requested (and promised for) 1200, 'completion' call received at about 1030. Car thoroughly cleaned inside and out

We initially purchased a car at the end of January 2026 and dealt with Rachel who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and with after sales. Based on this we decided to deal directly with Rachel at Shiremoor again for a second car and have to say we were met with the same warm and attentive personality and nothing was too much bother at all despite us feeling like we were asking too many questions. This dealership is over 100 miles away from home and we do have dealerships that are closer, however, due to how professional Rachel is, we will always come back to this dealer and Rachel. Anyone reading this and looking for a car, you won't go far wrong and will be well looked after.
