I am always completely confident in the work carried out by them. The girls who book my car in for its yearly service and MOT are extremely helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly. Each and everyone of the team is a credit to themselves and the Company. My car is collected in the morning and returned to me later in the day, which is a wonderful service. It has been valeted and in showroom condition. In my opinion and personal experience, they are simply the best. I highly recommend Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock for their First Class Service!

Bought a van from the Kilmarnock branch in July 2026. Excellent service from day one of contact right through to aftercare. An orange service light appeared during the drive home to Northern Ireland to which I was advised to resolve in my nearest branch and any occurred costs would be covered by the sellers in Kilmarnock. Couldn't be happier with the service along with the response times and information provided from salesperson, Mia. Would recommend this branch highly.

The staff were great
The staff were great - helpful and friendly - and my service only took half the day despite being one of the last done. They send you an update with a video of the visual inspection of the job and an email offering you know what work, if any, needs done.

Great Service
hi , i recently bought another car from the kilmarnock branch , and from start to finish the customer service was fantastic , Shaun Black who delt with everything cdnt have done anymore to help with getting me sorted out with the car . have to mention Jason as well who put me to Shaun who had just went on holiday , after the poor experience a few months ago from Ford Trust at Hillington where i had bought another car then sent it back , The guys at kilmarnock were a class above , thanks again and ill see you in 3 yrs time for my next one
