Evans Halshaw had been recommended to us by a friend after visiting other large showrooms/garages and leaving feeling like we would be ripped off. From popping in to the Stourbridge branch on Saturday evening to driving away in a new car on Wednesday, the process was completely stress free. We were dealt with first by Will (who was actually dealing with someone else) and then by his colleague Linda who went well out of her way to make this a very enjoyable experience. Her knowledge and professionalism from start to finish will guarantee we won’t need to look at other garages when a new car is needed, either for us or our daughters. Thank you

Just amazed at how poor the after sales service is here. We bought a Sportage in December 2025 and there's some problem with the engine leading to terrible fuel consumption. No interest at all in our consumer rights or anything resembling customer service. Just offered us £20,700 for it when we paid £22,720! Only 1 month ago. Much better off going to a small car dealer where they have some customer service.

I was then passed on to Ryan, who was very knowledgeable and guided me through the finance options and answered every question I had about the car.

They held the car for me, and when I travelled up to see it, it was exactly as described and in great condition. I was offered a good part‑exchange price for my own car, and the whole process felt straightforward and honest. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the experience genuinely easy.
