Linda Collins went above and beyond to make it an easy experience, can’t recommend them enough

Purchased a 2018 Vauxhall Mokka X from this dealership, it was a part exchange in very good condition. Harry the salesman was extremely good and efficient at his job. My wife loved the car so we made a deal on Wednesday with an agreement that the car would be ready for collection on Saturday at 9:00am

Excited to be collecting her new car my wife and I set out today (Saturday) to collect it. Driving from Wolverhampton to Stourbridge which is about a 40 minutes drive so it’s not down the road. Literally 5 minutes from the Kia dealership I received a text informing me that the car had an oil leak so we would not be able to collect it today.

My wife was really disappointed, when I complained and ask if they could take some money off the price because of the inconvenience caused to us the sales manager said no, thus 1 star for customer service and satisfaction.

They had the car from Wednesday to Saturday and only just discovered it was leaking oil. That leads me to believe the car had been parked up since Wednesday even though they assured us it would be checked cleaned and validated in time for Saturday.

Great service from the desk and servicing area, kept me informed about everything 👍

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car thanks to Linda, the sales representative at Evans Halshaw. She was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From answering all my questions patiently to guiding me through each step, she made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable.

Every time I visit for a service or anything related, the front desk staff come across as rude and unprofessional. During my visit today, I approached the desk and was clearly seen, yet the staff member continued her conversation with a colleague and then walked away without acknowledging me. When she eventually did, her manner was dismissive and gave the impression she couldn’t be bothered.
I’ve previously had a negative experience with another staff member, although on that occasion her manager was helpful and resolved the issue. However, to return today and be met with the same cold attitude is very disappointing.
I love my car, but I genuinely dread bringing it in to Kia Stourbridge because of the service experience.

Easy automated check in. Liked the video of checks and check out staff were efficient.

Customer service from the Service desk is not what it used to be.
Very confusing comms around collection of the car and health check, which we weren’t expecting.
Told they had left voicemails which hadn’t been left.
Invoiced for the free service and thanked for online payment which added to the confusion.
I was confused and it seemed work had been done without my authorisation. I didn’t appreciate the stand offish manner I received.
We will be going elsewhere for service and MOT in future.

We have recently purchased a used vehicle from Evans Halshaw (Stourbridge) the sales person we dealt with was Linda Collins, who was polite, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Linda made it a seam free, easy, enjoyable experience, she talked us through all the options and explained everything in great detail. Fantastic service from start to finish from Linda and Mark. Really felt like they were doing everything they could to make the experience as personable and smooth as possible. Although I’m not local, I would be more than willing to go out my way to be served by them again. Lovely showroom and great selection of cars.

Probably the best car buying experience I've had! I'm always slightly anxious about purchasing a car, especially after a previous attempt with a different dealer. From the initial call to staying after hours to get the deal done I cannot speak highly enough of Lin and the team for their excellent customer service. A lovely car secured to boot! Travelled over 100 miles for the experience and it was worth It!!
