Went to Warrington Car Store to trade in my car. After finding the vehicle I wanted to test drive, the staff were unable to locate the keys and took my details and said they would ring me when they found the keys. It has now been several days following that conversation without any contact from them. I just feel that I wasted my time visiting Car Store in Warrington and I will take my custom elsewhere.

Great experience and kept their word
We bought a Kia at the end of February. The sales team were friendly but not pushy, offering drinks and time to think once we'd had a look at our chosen cars.
We had an issue that needed to be resolved with the car we chose, but it didn't need to be fixed immediately. Gavin promised us it would be done.
The car was delivered the following day by James F and all was good. It took a little bit of time to organise the timings of the repair we needed but Gavin and James have been good to their word and the repair is now complete. So we can report excellent service, a friendly team without pushy sales pitches. Yes, there were some standard sales information, but it was minimal. Happy customers.

Very good experience and helpful staff, Kas, James very knowledgeable , surprised how many useful extra add on can be purchased .They guided me my purchase.

Recently bought a new car from Carstore Warrington on line and the service has been fantastic.
It was really easy to get all the information we wanted about the car and response time to queries was fast.
The salesman kept us up to date throughout the process, especially as we had a deadline of requiring the car before holiday. He went out of his way to make that happen.
Car was delivered promptly on time and our previous car taken away.
A lot less hassle than going to forecourts seeking out cars.

Great initially buying a car. Bought on the basis the car needed a few things sorted, it's wasn't done.

Asked for my deposit back as seen a car more local to me but they advised they would pay for the work to be done from a local garage. Everything confirmed couple of days before getting work done and invoice sent. They advised the payment was getting processed on 7th Feb and then again on 7th March.

They have agreed to pay for the work but not sending the funds over. I have emailed, called and spoken to the Facebook team who have chased this up numerous times as apparently there is no complaints dept.

Wouldn't advise to buy from this garage as after sales is horrendous especially when this was all agreed at the time of sale to fix.

Recently traded my old car in for a new one at Carstore Warrington. From start to finish the service I received from James Mahmoud was brilliant. He couldn’t have been any lovelier or reassuring & explained everything in full. The whole atmosphere at the showrooms was really nice & welcoming, special mention to Paula on reception. Really pleased with my new car!

James F at CarStore Warrington was excellent and honest. He was quick and efficient with the car sale. Communication was very good at all times with James keeping me fully informed throughout the process. The car I bought is superb. I would highly recommend.

We’ve just had a brilliant and easy experience when part exchanging a car and purchasing a new one. James Mahmoud was amazing all the way from initially sending us a personalised video of the vehicle, all the way through to handing over the keys. Every stage was explained thoroughly and professionally whilst being friendly. A genuine likeable salesman who made the whole thing easy and exciting.

Iv had the best experience with CarStore in Warrington. I couldn’t ask for anything more, all the team are so friendly. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy to get my new car and I love it.

Daniel Jones was amazing from start to finish, no pressure to buy or sell, he helped us through the process of part exchanging our car while still having negative equity he was able to find a solution on how to best solve this. He managed to find us a lender that would accept me due to being a student, which proved to be quite difficult however he didn't give up and for that, I am so thankful and grateful.
The car is amazing, just as promised however a light came up with the tyre pressure and with urgency he has forwarded this on for me to book it in. The communication is high standard and nothing cannot be answered for.

Very excellent customer service experience from when we walked through the door .very friendly staff no sale pushing just left to browse on your own to take your own time of 100s of cars they have. Given the opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles on your own or with a member of staff so there's no persure or stress. I can't thank James mahmoud enough from Warrington car store an excellent customer service from him so polite and funny had great banter with him top guy made me feel at ease answered every question I had made my experience so much better had time for me no persure listened to what I wanted and got a great deal definitely will be back there in the future thanks again car store especially James mahmoud⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a car in September 2024 and this the last time I ever purchase a car from Car Store.
A week after having the car a warning light came up involving my window screen- took it back to car store who said they can not fix the problem due to bad weather- I didn’t realise the mechanics worked outside all day, the light still remains on.
Week after my engine light came on took it back to car store who said they had fixed the problem. Week after same again, engine light came back on- took it back and my cat was there for a week and was told there was no courtesy car.
Collected the car and started a 300 mile drive- engine light came on and said my car will stop in 200 miles.
I had to visit a car stores in Ipswich whilst on holiday with family so I could get home to
Manchester.
I still have no car and this was two weeks ago.
The service has been awful! No call backs, constantly chasing and I still have not got my car. I have had to phone for an update and after sales were unaware my car was in Ipswhich a week after it being there! Despite one of the sales rep arranging drop off in Ipswhich.
I have had to take weeks off work and rely on my family to support with the hour round trip to and from Warrington on the numerous occasions faults have occurred- resulting me in financial loss.
I would avoid car store at all costs!!
They are very quick to take your money but the after sales they promise is poor. The team have very little empathy or urgency
I have now been paying for a car for two months which I have driven for two weeks

P.s I am still waiting for my service history and my car back- I don’t even know where my car is!

Saw a car on their website that I was interested in and, as I was not local, James sent me a video of the car inside and out. From viewing to sitting in the car took under a week with updates on progress along the way.
Happy with the result.

Bought a car and it has developed a major fault, they’ve agreed to fix and book in for a diagnostic, but then I’ve been left waiting for 6 months for them to book the car in. I keep getting told they’d ring me back, and they never do. I have never experienced anything like this.

From start to finish everything was 100% I chose a car that was at the Edinburgh site the car was brought to the Warrington site for me to have a look at. I paid the £99 to reserve this car as Car Store offer 14 day refund if not happy with the vehicle. I part exchanged my own car & paid the remaining balance but unfortunately after several days I didn’t feel happy with the car that I had chosen . I contacted Dan who looked after us brilliantly with no pressure at all regarding the sale or the return of the car. The refund was paid into my account after 7 working days and the £99 was also refunded. Unfortunately I was left without a car which was my own doing as Car Store did not have a car that I wanted however I would not hesitate to use Car Store again & I will definitely recommend Car Store to friends & family. Thanks again Dan & the very friendly receptionist.I think there may be 2 Dan’s at this site however it was Dan Jones who looked after us.

Appalling aftercare. Bought car in June and was promised (with email proof) that the missing sd card would be sent by post. It is now half way through October and nothing has been done to sort this out. I have phoned the store 6 times with no interest in wanting to help. Emailed my sales woman 4 times with a pathetic 'the parts team are back in next week' every time. I have made 2 formal complaints on carstores website of which neither has been acknowledged. I've been promised call backs from the aftercare management and have not received a single one on 3 occasions. Simply pathetic. Only option left is pursuing legal action as I will not stand for large car dealerships to bully consumers into giving up.

If I could give car store a 0 I would. From start to finish it has been nothing but a nightmare. On 10/9/23 we picked a car and were told it would be ready on 15/9/23 as it needed a couple of things fixing. Having no contact at all we phoned on 14/9/23 only to be told they were waiting on a part. This went on for 3 weeks and at no point were we contacted by the store it was us having to phone them every 3/4 days. We were told on 27th it was ready to be picked up on 29th. Due to work we arranged to pick the car up on the Sunday 1st October but were told we had to transfer the full amount for the vehicle before Sunday otherwise we couldn’t drive it away as it wouldn’t ‘clear’. We were 3/4 of the way to the store to pick the car up (we live 45 minutes away) and got a phone call telling us ‘the clutch has gone again, at this point we’ll just have to put this one to bed’ and was promised a refund for the money we were reluctant to send in the first place without knowing the car was 100% fixed. It is now 7 days since we were told the money would be refunded and they still have nearly £10,000 of my money. We have phoned nearly every day, asked to speak to a manager each time only to be told ‘they’re busy’ and they’ll call back but we have not once had a call back. We were promised we would have the money back today and surprise surprise it’s still not here. Stay away from this company at all costs

Shocking after sales.. would not buy from these again. I bought a car in June with damage. I brought to the attention of sales rep. Took car to there recommended repairer at my convenience. I've been to the show room to be fobbed off 3 times again at my convenience. Being told that the service manager will be in touch. I emailed asking for updates and not been replied too. You live and learn as they say and this is my experience. On sale of the car they ask you for your feedback and have QR code to leave them a review. Never again I would avoid.

I visited CarStore Warrington last Friday (11th Aug). Within 2 hours I had a good deal,part exchanging my then car, to purchasing the car I liked on their website. Thanks to James who was very friendly, helpful, and very professional, he explained the additional services available with my new car and accepted my decision straight away with no additional persuasion or hassle. I would certainly recommend CarStore Warrington and will use again when ready to renew.
