I recently bought a new car from this franchise and was perfectly happy with the helpful, friendly service I received from Luke Fraray, Matt Young and Jack Ferneaux who all worked together to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. This isn't the first time I have bought a car here and I have never been less than completely satisfied with the service.

Great service from salesman Luke Fraray, made to feel very welcome. Did not feel pressured at any point and Luke went out of his way to answer any questions we had and made the effort to have car ready for next day (bank holiday weekend) overall a very positive experience thanks to Luke.

Wee have bought many cars with this dealership and have always had first class service. The service with Evans Halshaw is certainly slick ,but not customer focused. The car has had continuous issues with the emissions.The usb stick has a regular fault and It appears to us there is a loose connection. However ,on its last service they agreed there was a recall issue with the regeneration part and did fix it.They said they could not fix the usb issue but would get their head office IT department to look into it. A month has passed no response.During the service they discovered that the rear wiper was not working. They asked for a ridiculous amount to investigate and suggested that the pipe was blocked because we had put in the incorrect washer fluid. Thy would't guarantee that the issue would be covered by the warranty. I asked or an estimate of the cost. A month has elapsed and till no quote. So we took the car to a local garage who instantly discovered that the valve was faulty (nothing to do with the fluid) replaced it for a fraction of the cost of Hyundai's diagnostic cost let alone what the repair would have been assuming they had given us a quote. Should have been under warranty .Not impressed so far with Evans Halshaw.!

Friendly and efficient

Car booked in for 08:30 not started on until 09:15 due to "problem" within service dept booking it to the workshop. Once error had been resolved the car was ready about 10:20, which was annoying as I had to be somewhere by 11:00.

Corey was so helpful making the whole buying experience a joy. From the viewing to the handover everything was perfect the whole process taking only three days. And to top it all the KONA N-LINE S is a beautiful car and a joy to drive. A special thank you Jack and Matt for their help and advice. I would without any hesitation recommend Evans Halshaw Hyundai Grimsby for you next car.
