My first time at Evans Halshaw Old Trafford and I was amazed by the customer service provided by Tahir Afzal. After feeling deflated by treatment at other dealerships (not Evans Halshaw) I didnt have much hope. Tahir completely flipped that around and went above and beyond what we expected. I walked out with a car that is perfect for my family needs feeling fully informed and most importantly feeling confident in my new vehicle. I appreciate the time he spent with us talking us through everything throughly, no question was too much. Thank you again I will definitely return. Tahir is a credit to your company.

Appalling
If I could leave zero stars I would. Had an issue with the Mini I purchased and took it back to be sorted. 6 months later still waiting for the problem to be fixed. Staff and managers say they will call back but never bother. Would never recommend this company. If the situation carries on for much longer I will be speaking with trading standards!

Seats need re-adjusting
Service is always good but the drivers seat was left high up and against the steering wheel. This caused me to bang my head when getting into the car and I have suffered with headaches over the weekend.

Service department issue.
I bought a car from the dealer in Ashton under-Lyne, I pay an extra £20 on top of my finance to have a premium 2 year warranty. I bring my car to this dealership because it’s local to me. August of 2023 they replaced a thermostat housing for a leak. July of 2024 I saw the leak coming from the same spot, brought it to them to get it looked at and they told me it was the thermostat housing again. They told me they couldn’t replace the part under warranty again because I don’t have service history. I serviced the car myself and it has a genuine stamp in the book from the dealer i work in, but because I don’t have an invoice copy they couldn’t replace the part even tho it’s a failed component that they had already replaced less then a year ago. A part like that shouldn’t fail in less than a year so the job wasn’t done right. When I said to them they need to take responsibility for a faulty job they done, they didn’t want to do anything about it, they tried charging me £120 for a diagnostic fee which I didn’t pay for because it’s not right I need to take responsibility for this. It’s a job I could do my self but why should I have to pay for a new part and cause my self the stress of doing it when I’m paying EXTRA on my finance for a PREMIUM WARRANTY. I personally won’t be having a car from Evans halshaw again after this bad experience. I work in a dealer my self and how Ford have handled this situation is beyond a joke.
