Smoothest buying experience
Our salesman Jacob was so lovely from the start. The call to arrange the test drive was lovely, he wasn't pushy like some can be when I arrived for the test drive. I thought of some questions that night and he was very quick to respond. When we picked up the car he bent over backwards helping us complete the online requirements as we were having trouble.
Not to mention he stayed late twice that week to accommodate us for a 2nd test drive and again on the day of purchase.
Couldn't have asked for a smoother buying experience.

Wiper system fixed for over £500;(
Wiper system fixed for over £500;( - pricey , ouch!!
Two back tyres replaced for over (economy) £200 and have inflated them more times than before replacement, they keep looking deflated even though ford had had 2 opportunities to fix the so called ‘faulty’ valves. Disappointing

Appalling
I’m a self employed Electrician that needs a vehicle at all times so booked in with Evans Halshaw for work to be done while away on a weeks holiday.
Booked vehicle in for gearbox issue on 19th July.
No communication until we rang on 24th July (whilst on holiday) told they needed to order gearbox paid £4,000 in advance for gearbox.
Gearbox arrived 31st July. Received text to say truck is going in on 1st August.
1st August 9.55am receive text to say truck going in on the 13th August. NO explanation.
We rang them (they eventually answered after many tries ) and was told a job had over run.
Got to speak to manager after many attempts who DID NOT APOLOGISE for the delay. Told us he would be there when we came to collect the vehicle on Tuesday 20th August.
Took hire vehicle of hire.
Arrived at 5pm on 20th August to be told manager had taken the day off 😡.
Paid £3,414 before being given the keys.
Was taken to vehicle that was covered in dried on bird poo and low tire pressure warning light on. It looked like an abandoned vehicle. Was told that I had to take vehicle in that condition.
Drove 200 yards and a loud noise was heard from gearbox. WORK WAS NOT DONE TO AN ACCEPTABLE STANDARD.
Had to argue to get a vehicle as I had no vehicle for work.
Now 25th August and still don’t know when I will get vehicle back and STILL NO APOLOGY FROM THE MANAGER.
