How trustworthy?
The lack of trust and clarity regarding work you are told needs doing from the complimentary health check and asking for you to approve the work by text and it doesn't need doing.
I realise the health check is free and it's up to the customer to decide but there is always work which is flagged red and urgently required so puts pressure on the customer.
My point about trust and customer care is work that is not clear and costs that are grossly inflated. For example l was told my nearside light was inoperative and the cost of fixing was £384. 79p. All it required was a new headlight bulb which cost£61.99p at Halfords to replace the bulb. Similarly told essential to replace the timing belt and quoted £1028.61p to replace yet I replaced the timing belt 6 months prior to this health check as recommended by the manufacturer. This is what l mean about being trustworthy!!

The service was good
The service was good. Unfortunately I attended at a busy time and had to wait a little while to drop my car off and when I tried to call for a update my call was not answered. When I tried again I got straight through and collecting the car was fast and easy.
