This was my first time buying a new car and Daniel (Lovasi) was fantastic from the initial chat to collecting the keys. Daniel was patient and answered any and all my questions (no matter how daft they may have been). He walked me through the process with a professional and polite attitude but also a friendly one, not rushing me in any way, happy to stop and clarify anything I was unsure about. His communication throughout was brilliant, either by phone or email, he made the whole process worry free. On the final day of actually collecting the new car, he had all the paperwork prepared and the transition from old car to new was super quick. Daniel was happy to spend time at the end just going through anything I wanted to know about settig up the car. I would definitly recommend Daniel as a point of contact to buy a new car from. It was deffinately the best experience of buying a car because of the ace sales person Hitesh Parekh fabulous nothing too much trouble, and very friendly would buy again from this garage.

Massive incompetence from start to finish. Staff are apologetic but just too many mistakes. Car damaged when we went to collect the car. Went home without the car. Repair was done twice due to a bad spray job. When the car was finally delivered to my address the rear sensors don’t work. You can’t make it up!
