Absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish; everything felt easy! I was driving away in my beautiful new (to me!) car in just over a week after it was brought over from another branch and had the required work and valeted. Can't speak highly enough of Mike T - he made the experience what it was! Such a lovely, entertaining and helpful guy who went over and above. Any minor issues were ironed out in the most satisfactory way and he just added to the overall amazing experience. Thank you!! Would highly recommend!

Excellent, super speedy service
Visited Saturday 24th August in a fair rush to get a car and cannot fault the service provided by Kieran after driving away with my brand new Puma today (29th!!) Kieran pulled out all the stops to really help me get the right car when I needed it by and customer service provided was second to none, including making the pickup feel like a real occasion as he knew it was the first brand new car I've ever bought.
Through no fault of Kierans there was unfortunately some small elements of damage caused to the car at some point before handover to me - these things happen, but this was all explained and shown to me (with huge apologies) and I've been assured this will be fixed, with a courtesy car to be provided whilst it's done so the car is put back to perfect new condition for me. Based on my experience so far I have no doubt this will all be dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction.
Thrilled with the car and the service received - thank you Kieran!!

Great Purchase at the right price!
Dropped a star because of their curious method of price-display by QR code. Not only is it difficult, and time-consuming, it would be impossible for persons without the necessary knowledge. But for the swift assistance of Matt the salesman, we were ready to walk away.

I was mis sold a health check and extended warranty product and then they attempted to charge be £1,100 for repairs in the first 5 months of having the vehicle. Other companies were quoting £500 - £600 for the exact same repairs
