Nik was very informative,helpful and professional, when we recently purchased our Ford Ecosport.

Phoned up to arrange an appointment, arrived in plenty of time. Parking nightmare. Then ignored by staff, when we approached for help told to sit down and wait, 10 minutes later asked if we needed help, explained we had phoned to see a car and told again to wait. Ignored again whilst a group of the staff stood around talking. By the time Mathew approached us to see if we were ok we had been there 45 mins and just wanted to go. Mathew was nice but the experience was awful so we left without even trying the car.

A big thank you to salesman Mike Coggan, what a guy. I arrived to view a car (on his day off). No sales pressure at all, he gave me the keys and said to have a good look around, take your time. test drive was brilliant, loved the car straight away. Had a nightmare with my bank, and Mike went out of his way to run me around to get it sorted. Great guy, definitely recommend buying from this dealer. One happy customer 😀

Mother to a young disabled adult who has a mobility car. Due to have car picked up for M.O.T. Now told we have to get car there for M.O T due to staff being laid off. No help at all trying to find a solution. I haven't got any hoildays left. Now having to take it unpaid. Now my family is a days wages down. Staff beyond rude ! unhelpful on phone for long periods of time. Customer services beyond shocking!

Definitely not recommended this service have done first service in my van which was £420 "probably service been done" also have done two puncture in two tyres one bolt it's loose valve cap is missing bolt caps are damaged

First class. Car serviced at short notice request by the team at Hull. Would recommend. Area around dealership very congested though with cars and be careful over the speed bumps, they need attention too.

My son has just purchased a used BMW from Ben Crooks. Really easy transaction with no hard sell. Thanks also to Ashton Stillings for taking our call out of normal working hours.

Pointless turning up early for booking in for service as the showroom doors were not unlocked till 8 o'clock. Parking was very limited for such a vast carpark. Also on collection the car was not parked where it should have been. This was due to the Valeting service parking it in a differrent spot too where I was told it would be. The staff on service reception were polite and curtious.

Had Mike walk me through buying a used Audi car and couldn’t be happier with the service. Knowledgeable, patient and happy to help whenever I needed it. Would give a six star rating if I could.

I traded my Puma Vignale in for the new model. I did not intend to do so but Jon Lowe called me and said if I can get you a fantastic deal will you consider it? That is exactly what he did. He was extremely helpful but not pushy. His customer service was excellent. He took my calls outside of the office hours. He was patient and I picked my new car up the next day, Jon and Cam spent hours making sure I was happy with my deal. The atmosphere in the showroom was very relaxed and I felt completely at ease. Mike also dealt with my Daughter in used cars who was also amazing but my Daughter is going to write her own review. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you I love my new car.

Fantastic customer care at Evans Halshaw Hull! Dealt with Andrew, who was fantastic start to end. (We had just come from Right Car in Beverley which was awful- please avoid at all costs!) So to be welcomed by such lovely salesmen was a breath of fresh air.
Not pushy at all, and appreciated the fact I was just wanting to get ideas on prices, get my car valued, and work things out financially. Ended up trading my car in and signing up for a new car which I am collecting on Friday. Andrew was very informative, knowledgable, friendly, and very welcoming to myself and my children (they got biscuits so they loved it too!)
Had all my questions and queries answered, and come away feeling very positive and confident with my new purchase. Shout out to Mike who was sat next to Andrew, genuine lovely guy who we had a laugh with.

When buying a used car from this branch of Evans Halshaw (I have bought from other EH branches and never had a problem) please ensure that you pay very close attention to the inspection of the vehicle you want to purchase (especially if you are paying cash) before parting with any money.
The car I unfortunately purchased from them had brake wear so bad that it certainly would not have passed its next MOT and cost me £600 to replace them. They also sold the car not having serviced the car in accordance with the manufacturers recommend schedule ie: fuel filter (at a cost of £190 for a genuine Land Rover part) which had to be replaced after just 2 months of ownership. They do as little as they can get away with. Once they have your money, they don’t want to have anything else to do with you. Buy a quality car from somewhere else.

Had a service done on my car, told them ahead of time that the tyre pressure warning light keeps coming on despite tyre pressures being fine and that setting the tyre pressure doesn't work as it comes back on shortly afterwards. They said they would fix it. After the service it still came back on so they didn't fix it. I emailed them again telling them it still wasnt working and haven't bothered replying.

They reported my wipers needed replacing and that they weren't legal and wanted over £40. In my MOT a week later in another garage they said there was nothing wrong with them.

When originally booked online, they emailed shortly after saying they couldn't fit it in, when I rang to contact them the person on the phone was being rude and had a poor attitude when questioned about the cancellation and potential dates.

I'm not happy about them failing to fix the pressure sensor, as this is a lease car time is diminishing to have this corrected and I'll probably be charged by the finance company for it. This should have been fixed by them under warranty.
