Floor staff are nice but the service center is useless.Don't fix things when they say they will and will return your car having done nothing which takes 6hrs to tell you.This is made even harder when you aren't local and you have to travel each time to fix issues which should been sorted before the car was put up for sale.5 times and counting

Buying cars and dealing with salespeople is usually my least favourite thing after buying houses and dealing with estate agents, but this was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, no-pressure salesperson (George) was great. I was only buying a 'cheap' used car, and not even a brand they normally sell here, but my daughter is very pleased with it as her first car. There was a minor issue with the car after we picked it up, and it was dealt with and fixed very quickly and efficiently. Shout out to the friendly people on the service desk, too. I would definitely buy a car from here again.

I found a car that I believed was not advertised as correct model.

The Used Car Sales Manager then cancelled the sale to investigate. That was fine. When it was found to be correct he refused my business when I clearly sent emails asking to buy. He ignored these.

I went to a lot of trouble arranging transport to collect.

Happy with service. Shame that there was no pick up and drop off service available this time

The person I spoke to when checking in the vehicle was rude and unhelpful. I will go out of my way not to use theis garage agin as the experience the last two times has been unplesent.

Non interest in booked in car viewings Especially when reservation fee is already paid. All walking round on phones, late at being seen to. The young man who had showed us the car and talked us through the process was lovely and professional when seen, however when management became involved his manager never introduced himself, spoke rudely and sternly to us trying to bully us into buying a car with delved body work, scratches and bubbled/rusted alloys, all because we wanted this rectified before buying the car, his reply was "well it's a 66 plate car what do you expect !" "If you leave now I WILL press this button and you'll get refunded reservation fee or I suggest you come inside right now and get on with it" rude abrupt, won't be going there again, fair to say never bought the car either

The person who made the booking was efficient,friendly and helpful. The guy who received my car was also extremely helpful.

The whole process was quick and easy to do and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

From my first call asking to arrange a test drive on a MG HS I had seen on AutoTrader to attending the showroom today - every single member of staff I have spoken to has been so friendly and helpful.
Zameer dealt with my test drive and my purchase of the vehicle. I was embarrassed that I didn’t want to actually drive the car as I was involved in an accident last week and the hour long journey I made to the dealership had really pushed me to my limits! However, he was absolutely lovely about this, happily drove the vehicle so I got a feel for the car and answered my questions (even my stupid ones!) straight away and explained everything in detail. He is going above and beyond in making sure I get my new car for when I need it and I honestly cannot thank him enough.
I cannot recommend this dealership more highly, the customer service is the best I have received anywhere in a very long time!
