Car purchase
I was looked after by Ellis. He was very polite and friendly. He was very knoweldgebale, went through all my options and explained the pros and cons of the older and newer vehicles. I didn’t feel rushed and he left my mum and me alone for a while to discuss the options so we didn’t feel pressured. Overall a very good service, I felt reassured I’d made the right decision.

Fantastic team and amazing experience.
Ellis was fantastic during the sales process, made me feel welcome and very good at helping get to a deal that made sense for myself and my circumstances. His communication throughout was brilliant and felt like I was talking to a trusted friend.

Absolutely brilliant service from Trevor and the team. Always welcoming and happy to help. I was in need of a new car and he couldn't have done enough. The car was delivered from Hull and throughout the process he kept me updated and was very efficient at sending all the paperwork I needed. Couldn't have picked a better place to buy my car, he listened to what I wanted, my price range and was just overall brilliant at putting his customers first! Bought my car from EH Ford Rotherham
Bought my car from EH Ford Rotherham, I think its fair to say it's been the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Both Trev & Lee were really friendly and knowledgeable. The whole dealership had a welcoming and warm atmosphere. I personally like to deal with people who actually care about my happiness and nothing was too much trouble.
After's years buying cars, thankfully found a garage where honesty and integrity means something.

Ellis was very helpful throughout. Wasn’t pushy like a lot of car salesman. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We asked a lot of questions and he used some great analogies to help us understand everything that he was telling us. The whole process of upgrading our Ford kuga for a newer model ran very smoothly and quickly. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
