Shocking service! 2nd time I arranged to have a test drive and 2nd time they cancelled! I thought I’d give them a second chance but no more, if they can’t even get this right how would they deal with servicing, issues, aftercare???

Poor customer service. Was left ages whilst sales guy was doing goodness knows what. No after sales care, no follow up call to see if the car suited. Several emails sent requesting information on the car but to date no reply. Miserable staff (not all) not welcoming or friendly. Hardly any sales team around. Bad experience. after talking to 2 people waiting for repairs on their cars, certainly wouldn't recommend.

Poor Sales Team. Left a deposit for a car 3.5 weeks ago as was not able to see the car until it was brought to the sales site, however when I got to see a video 4 days later it turned out to be in poor condition so I pulled out of the sale. Emailed my request for a deposit refund as instructed by the car salesman Mahi, but despite several calls to the branch and being told it is 'being processed' and would be back in my account 'imminently' I am still waiting and have had zero contact from them. Totally fed up with having to repeatedly call and ask for my refund, and have now been waiting 21 days for the return of my £250 deposit. Be very careful when dealing with this car dealership.

Vehicle needed to be recalled, contacted by EH and booked when convenient to me and also on a 2 hour slot. Arrival just before allocated time enabled a swift confirmation of the work required and key handover. A call before the planned 2 hour from EH meant I could collect the vehicle sooner. Paperwork swiftly completed. Would recommend using EH in the future.

Loved the BYD team and showroom. They were really knowledgable and helped me really consider going electric. I’ll definitely be back to see Lewis [Italian sounding surname], when we upgrade to one of these fantastic looking cars. The coffee and cookies were a nice touch too.

When i arrived i was instantly greeted and welcomed by Louis. Everyone was extremely polite and answered any questions that I had.

We made our car reservation and test drive went well. When it came to the price and negotiation it didn't go the way we expected. But learnt a thing or two from Jai about the pricing strategy in sales and how to improve business. Never expected to buy our dream car from BYD, but it just happened. Thanks to the team. Wishing both Louis and Jai well in their career and business.

Great and friendly staff at the Milton Keynes branch, went to see the new Seal U and been assisted by Rojhae which was very patient and explained all my queries in a very nicely manner.
I would recommend them to anyone that's in the market to buy a car.

Had a fantastic experience at the showroom. Staff were very polite and explained all the key features of the vehicle throughly and ensured my 1st ever electric vehicle purchase journey from start to finish was smooth. I would highly recommend customers to go and visit the BYD Milton Keynes showroom and purchase your new EV.

**Review of BYD Milton Keynes Sales Branch**

We had a deeply disappointing experience with the BYD Milton Keynes sales branch, and unfortunately, it has left a negative impression on us.

To start, my initial test drive request made via the official BYD website was never received by the branch, despite receiving a confirmation email on my end. When I called to change the time slot, I was told it's fortunate that I called, as they hadn't received the booking. The staff member then manually booked the test drive for a Monday.

Upon arriving for the scheduled test drive today, the experience only got worse. The salesperson at the front desk, who I had spoken to just an hour prior for location details, had no knowledge of our appointment. Despite our confirmed booking, we were left waiting for 30 minutes with no attention from the staff. It felt as though they didn’t care about our presence, and no one bothered to update us on what was happening.

This level of unprofessionalism was incredibly frustrating, and it made us feel disrespected. We have decided not to return to this branch, and we would strongly advise against recommending it to anyone in our local area.

Our experience has left us wondering whether this lack of organization and customer care is an issue specific to this branch or if it reflects a broader problem with BYD showrooms. Either way, it's not the kind of service we expected, and we are thoroughly disappointed.

Just picked up our new BYD atto 3, so far everything has been great and the team have been exceptionally helpful. Car is great and a quick turnaround from sale to delivery.

Everything started well with Rojhae who was very professional and is a good salesman without pressuring you to buy. The bad experience is with their financial department. I traded in a car with outstanding finance which they should settle down but took them more than 3 weeks in mean time I got charged by financial company for a car which I didn't own. At the end they sent me the money to settle the finance but was lower amount which left me out of pocket a monthly payment. Still they keep promising will pay the difference but I doubt it very much so be careful when you trade car with outstanding finance with them

Awful experience with this company, lied by sales staff pre sale, ignored post sale by sales man Rojhae & his manager Amir. After receiving our car, multiple issues have been reported by another dealer which means they didn't bother to do there 123 point inspection as it was just weeks after. Also didn't do the correct service meaning we have to pay out more than half a grand to fix it all. Given plenty of opportunity to resolve but totally ignoring us, phone never answers and multiple emails to Rojhae and Amir just ignored, very professional!!. Going to a dealer you expect premium customer service but not from this dealer, they care nothing for you once they have your money. Will never use BYD again and I suggest you heed my warning!!
