What a fantastic company! We bought our lmc off John at Evans caravans is Pwllheli and he was so helpful. Always answered my questions, very friendly and approachable. We were traveling to view the caravan from South wales and they even made the effort to stay open whilst we looked around due to the distance we travelled as it was later than expected. They even delivered it down to south wales for us.The boys who delivered the caravan were great and helped us move our existing caravan aswell and were super freindly. Even after the sale I had some questions and John and the technician answered them right away, honestly it's not just make the sale and forget about it with this company they really care. The technician made a video of how to use everything in the caravan and that also really helped us so thank you so much. Would never buy from anywhere else ! Thank you !

We bought our caravan from Evans Caravan and Camping four years ago and have never had any problems with it. We have it stored with them every winter and have it serviced at the same time. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly and when it comes time for a new caravan we will be buying it from Evans 100 percent.

Just bought a used Hobby 720 from Evans, friendly, genuine and good service from the start. Was delivered to site, delivery driver was super nice and really helpful. Reversed onto our tricky pitch in one go. Every question answered, quick organisation and the caravan is fantastic. Thanks for a great experience.

We were just passing on our way back to Manchester from South Wales. Saw a few campervans, decided to have a look, then bought one.
Eugene was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Patient when we walked from one van to the other, looking at them all. The van is perfect. I thought the table was slightly damaged (I'm a perfectionist) but a replacement was ordered by Eugene. He kept us up to date on its arrival time, always answers the phone and deals with queries. I would certainly use this company again

Recently purchased a caravan in part exchange. There was a minor issue but Mr Evans agreed to order and fit a small part in order to rectify the matter.
I got a good deal, the new van was delivered in the morning as agreed and the old van removed early evening.
Overall I would recommend this company.

Stay away from these people. They are travllers they have battered my sister. Wasting police time reported her for drink drive. Stay away from evans caravan and camping and evans bulding and plastic.

We’ve now had two camper vans from Evans and have been very happy with the service. We’ve recently taken our XGo van in for what turned out to be a minor repair. The problem was sorted quickly and without charge despite the warranty having expired. The owners and technician were very helpful despite being extremely busy.

We bought our caravan in 2019 from Evans and the whole process was fab! When the pandemic hit they stored for us for no extra cost and then delivered on site for us...eugene who dealt with us was brilliant top notch customer service! Very friendly and made us feel very comfortable! We have had the caravan for nearly a year now and no problems.....will definitely be going back if we ever want an upgrade 👍

Purchased a porch awning from them , when unpacked we discovered that there were no poles and the pegs showed significant signs of having been used. We returned it the next day and were greeted by the words’ I don’t want any trouble or argument’ by one of the staff. The manager was unavailable to deal with our refund that day so when I spoke to him the next day his attitude was exactly the same.
Unfortunately we had had to make a round trip of approximately 75 miles to return the awning and were hoping for at least an apology not a load of abuse as if it was our fault that he had sold us an incomplete product.
Steer clear of this establishment.

Bought new from Evans in 2016 and just sold back to them. They have stored and serviced it every year, always providing a great service. They have even fixed things without asking or charging in some cases. Thanks John and your team.

Fantastic experience with Evans caravans,was looking around north wales for a while looking for a camper van and came across Evans caravans. I spoke with Eugene regarding a v w camper van and he was very helpful,I part exchanged my old camper van and it was hassle free, what a great service. I have had the v w camper for 6 months now and it was the best thing I have bought,Eugene keeps in touch asking how it’s going providing a service that not many people do.
Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from Evans caravans.

Our church has just paid £10,000 for a caravan to provide storm shelter for wardens in a summer church camping activity that provides income to support the Parish. The van which was delivered from Wales to Norfolk has an electrical off grid system as promised which doesnt work, a broken leaking window and a gas compartment locker which wont lock. The ancient spring double mattress folded like paper and I have been offered £100 toward the cost of a £400 memory foam upgrade. The company doesnt use email and prefers to commuicate by phone or whatsapp and has referred me to his suppliers of defective equipment. If circumstances change I am happy to review this entry. In every other respect this 13 year old caravan is in excellent condition, but cant be used without an off grid 12 volt supply.

I submitted a further factual online report on the findings of a professional solar panel fitter. I received an unpleasant evening phone call from John Evans, saying he was ‘loosing his bottle with me’. I would give Evans Camping 0 stars for customer service. There is no excuse for rudeness. Look at the other 1 star reviews -I am not alone. Go elsewhere.

Sold the caravan on. Never got replacement window

Eugene was very helpful with the purchase of our new motorhome from him. Although he was very busy and our purchase took longer than we thought he did his very best to accommodate us. Would recommend buying from them.

At the end of September we were taking our caravan home from Abersoch when we had a bit of a disaster with the jockey wheel which came apart in our hands. We managed to hitch up by using the steadies and drove direct to Evans's site. We explained the problem and immediately the owner got one of his men to come and sort it for us - which he did very speedily and efficiently. They couldn't have been more helpful in our hour of need. In the future they will be the first people we will go to if we ever need any help.

Bought my caravan in March 2020, we had been looking for some time but were never quite sure what we were getting from dealers local to us.
We then went to Evans and were in no doubt what we were buying good quality at a fair price.
May I suggest if want a stress free experience with a very knowledgable team then you won’t go wrong with Evans Caravans
