I have made some transfers in and out and everything looks legit, fast enough and with a normal fee. This band of Companies EuropeFX and their parent company Maxiflex Ltd are a very clever at conning their clients.Please be warned. After nightmare dealings with this company I had to go to the Cyprus Ombudsman which is a joke in itself. Maxiflex offer 36K, ombudsman 85K because they wont accept telephone evidence of the mis dealings by EuropeFx/ Maxiflex Managers.Please read their standard answer to all issues ,they are sorry" they haven't met the clients expectations". Its a joke, clients want a bit of honesty not to be misled and taken to the cleaners. These people know its a scam. Sadly so many people are losing their money. Reviews for EuropeFX.Com and EuropeFX. Co and EuropeFX .com Au are all the same Company Maxiflex Ltd and their facilitators. EuropeFX.CON. The only people making money from this scam are the directors and managers of this international "legal" companies. The EU regulators should close this company down.

HIER GEWINNT NUR DER BROKER, NICHT DER KUNDE!
Ich wollte über automatisiertes Traden mit dem RoboX Geld vermehren, weil viel positives bei Google nachzulesen war. Ein Finanzspezialist (Account Manager) von europefx hat mit mir zusammen die Positionsgröße je Tradingpaket ausgewählt. Danach wurde mit 10.000€ gestartet. Bereits kurz nach dem Start habe ich mir die eröffneten Positionen angesehen und erkannt, dass der RoboX Währungspaare eröffnet die zu einer Pattsituation führen. Das bedeutet es werden fast zur gleichen Zeit Kauf und Verkaufsorders von gleichen Währungspaaren eröffnet, somit kann kein Gewinn für den Kunden erwirtschaftet werden. Weiter habe ich beobachtet, dass Positionen die extrem in den Gewinn gelaufen wären (Shortpositionen, Trendliniendurchbruch, Kurs viel wie eine fallendes Messer nach unten, Ziel sollte sein die Gewinne laufen zu lassen) plötzlich vom RoboX geschlossen wurden und somit Gewinne verhindert wurden. Nach 2 Wochen waren 1100€ weniger auf meinem Konto. Nach 2 Wochen habe ich den RoboX gestoppt und analysiert.
----In 2 Wochen hat der RoboX 190 Trades gemacht und 800€ Gebühren für den Broker und seinen Geschäftspartnern erwirtschaftet und zusätzlich noch 300€ Verlust gemacht. Mit automatisiertem Traden verdient nur der Broker und seine Geschäftspartner!----
Der Finanzberater (Account Manager) wollte eine tolle Serviceleistung anbieten und mit mir zusammen den Verlust über CFD-Handel wieder rein holen. Ich war skeptisch und habe nur Trades über ein Demokonto zugelassen. Von 4 CFD-Positionen die DER ACCOUNT MANAGER EMPFOHLEN hat sind 3 in den Verlust gelaufen, eine Position in den Gewinn. Hätte ich mit echtem Geld auf einem Live-Konto gehandelt wären über 3000€ Verluste entstanden.
Mein Fazit: Bei europefx.com wird das Kapital des Kunden in Gebühren für den Broker und seinen Geschäftspartnern umgewandelt. Mein Finanzberater (Account Manager) hatte fachlich nichts drauf. Der Kunde gewinnt nicht und verliert nur sein Geld!

I first thought they was great but…
I first thought they was great but because of some delay that didnt show my transfer immediately, they got 3 times more into their account. They promised a good upgrade from ordinary to platinum but every time i hesitated (i said i need to save money) they said i had to to make a profite..... not the boss but the first guy i had contact with. That guy even asked me to lend money to put more into trading.... thats when i said i had enough.. Now i am struggling the past months to survive.... not even getting a 1 euro left aftermy bills are payed.

My 2019 and 2020 reviews have disappeared
My original review has been deleted, as well as its follow-up, because EuropeFX does not like negative reviews and the more they can delete, the fewer poor reviews remain.
I told the absolute truth about their (mal)service, after having lost 50 thousand dollars through their poor 'guidance' and pushy tactics. They have been barred from Australia, as they were using another company's credentials to attract customers, and that company has now been placed into involuntary receivership. Will I ever get any of my money back? Not likely!
Just beware - their entire business model is a scam. Their parent company, Maxiflex Ltd, which is registered in Cypress, makes big profits on ensuring small investors like myself lose it all.
Update - I have been asked by EuropeFX to supply more information so that they can 'review' my complaint circumstances. What is the point of this? I have already given this information and made numerous email requests for answers, with most being ignored. None of the advisors/account managers/brokers/pushy salespersons have bothered to respond, and I have since reported this company to ASIC, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
ASIC informed me of EuropeFX's illegal trading activities in Australia, and that since the company whose trading certificate they were using is in involuntary receivership, my chances of recovery are pretty much non-existent.
A further note of caution to those who undertake to use a 'recovery expert' to assist in their claims - I have now used two of these with the only result being more money wasted.
