It would seem that the well constructed drawer runners, which are well made and were received on time and undamaged will be ideal as replacements.

The delivery was next day
The delivery was next day, less than 24 hour, and the product looks very good. I haven't fitted it yet as it's a different size to the existing ones.
The missing star was for the missing screws. Heavy duty hinges without screws arent much use.

We're glad to hear you were happy with the delivery service, we hope that the product meets your needs too. We do supply screws for the hinge, however they are supplied separately but can be found at the bottom of the page. We do not include them in the product as they are used for multiple different products and some may use over screws if preferred, but we appreciate the comment and will take this into consideration with new customers.
