I thought I had fully completed the online form, however it didn't send, so I called them and they answered in a few rings, they were absolutely brilliant and very patient and she helped me through each phase and I successfully completed the form and sent it, thank you.

I submitted a DBS application through Eurocom CI and paid immediately. Shortly after, I was told that as a self-employed applicant I am not eligible and my application cannot proceed. Despite this, they still intend to charge a £12 admin fee.

If self-employed applicants are not eligible, why was my payment taken immediately and why was I allowed to enter all my personal information into the system? The website did not make this restriction clear at the payment stage.

Ever easy to understand

After providing wrong information I have been charged £12 admin fee for cancellation of my order 3 minutes after I did it. They say is it to cover the cost of calling, emailing, messaging me - their customer. This company in my opinion has nothing to do with the customer service. Not recommended.
