Im a newer skater and ive been looking for that one set of shoes meant for my skateboarding journey. Ive worn the etnies locuts and a few different pairs of vans, this review is about my newest addition: the etnies kingpins. VERY solid shoe on the outside, the tongue keeps my foot comfortable throughout the day [even after standing for 7 and a half hours at my retail job] and they are very functional shoes [fhe etnies logo is shaped on the side using little holes to let ur feet breathe a lil] with alot of grip [gum bottom] and stability [its a cupsole shoe] looking for the right insoles for these to truly make them perfect!

Etnies has a great website, easy, simple and rad. Selecting shoes was super easy. Shipping was fairly quick. Really happy with my new kicks. It was also awesome they put me on the pro program 😎

I love Ernie’s especially their Michelin collaborations. Great shows all around and amazing designs loved the Jolson and heckler and Marana is my favorite bought 5 of them right now .

Tout s'est bien passé lors de la vente. Les chaussures sont confortables et résistantes. On sent un peu le dessus de la chaussure avec son orteil à cause de l'épaisseur de la semelle intérieure, mais c'est aussi grâce à cette semelle que c'est agréable sous les pieds.
EDIT : 6 mois plus tard... Les chaussures ne sont pas résistantes finalement : la semelle sur le côté s'est décollée puis fendue, et la semelle en dessous au niveau du talon est bien entamée alors que je les ai alternées et pas utilisées pour faire du skate. Elles restent toutefois confortable.
PS : et j'apprécie moyennement de me faire appeler Aaron par Etnies.

I love how beautiful and hard Etnies shoes are and I remember my girlfriend told me that she love to see my Etnies pullover on the sofa when I'm not there.

You guys have always been the best!! I have repped your brand since I was in like early middle school and i’m 38 now. People are always like “NO WAY ETNIES IS STILL AROUND MAN!!!” Well…damn right you are and i’m proud to still be part of the Etnies crew still. I love you dudes! Keep Knock Rocking Son!!!

This transaction took almost triple the time it did before nidecker bought etnies. Also, why is this in German??

I ordered my shoes and shirt on Thanksgiving. It's now December 13th. I never received a tracking number or shipment confirmation. "Its Black Friday" I thought. I was patient. 9 days later I sent an email asking for an update and got shipping info the next day. These guys clearly lost my order. I still don't have it. The only correspondence has all been automated, even after I complained about not getting an apology or explanation. There are plenty of other shoe companies who actually care about the customer. I'm 100% done with etnies, es, thirty-two and emerica.

Never received my last order after getting an email from Etnies claiming the item had shipped with a non-working USPS tracking #. Waited 3 days USPS still had no information. I emailed Etnies several times and 4 days later. I get a reply claiming they've had issues with USPS not showing any info but "most" items arrived within 2wks. They expect customers to believe this and wait 2wks while knowing their order will not arrive. I contacted USPS who confirmed what information Etnies gave me wasn't correct and Etnies only created a label, but never gave it to USPS. After emailing Etnies again to inform them of what USPS confirmed. Several days later Etnies reply still claiming the same story and offering no help. USPS stated they had no issue with their tracking information not working. USPS also stated the package would've been scanned at their local sorting facility along with each facility along the way and should've arrived by now. It was clear at this point Etnies never shipped my item..But I hoped Etnies would do the right thing and actually ship my item out. Instead they just ignore my emails. Now bare in mind I had just received my 2nd order from Etnies that shipped by USPS with a working tracking # that arrived 5 days after USPS received it. But this order has reached 10 days with no information on a package that would've been here days ago. But Etnies offered zero help from the beginning after taking my money. They have very poor customer service and clearly scam customers in several different ways. This was also a Christmas gift as well. I'm disputing this charge first thing Monday morning, Dec 1st making it 11 days since Etnies claimed it had shipped with no tracking information. I guess I just got lucky on my first 2 orders although the amount of money was less than this order. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.. Companies like this need shutdown. Taking people's money while giving them the runaround causing a lot of unnecessary stress and time. Along with holding up people's money right here at Christmas while waiting on the charge to be disputed.

Terrible company! My husband bought me some trainers from the website but when they arrived they didn’t fit. We have tried to contact them 5 or 6 times now to try and get details of how to return them and get a refund. They have totally ignored us. I’m not sure what to do now as the shoes are useless to us and Etnies seem to be ignoring us. They shouldn’t be trading online if they do not have a robust returns service!! I’ve never known a company like it- avoid them at all costs!!!

I bought a pair of Etnies shoes from Schuh (UK) website and they started splitting along the canvas within one week. At a month old they have completely split and look like they have had a hard 2 years use! I contacted Etnies direct as I mistakenly thought they would be shocked and keen to rectify the problem. Instead I got a reply saying contact the supplier. No interest in the fact their product had fallen apart so quickly. Upon reading the reviews here I can now see they are probably perfectly aware of their quality issues. I’ve learnt my lesson though, first and last time I buy Etnies.

This website is only good if you like browsing every shoe style and color to find your size. The filters appear to give the option of showing the color and size you're looking for, but when going to the product page, you'll find that the size you wanted isn't in stock. Plus, only garbage looking shoes or random sizes are available and on sale. This has been my experience for the past year - prior to that, prices and selection were good.

Never assume because they are a well known brand name that the shopping experience with Etnies will be reliable and efficient! I assumed this and chose to buy the trainers I wanted direct from them rather than another site with cheaper shipping. It's been a terrible experience. Customer services have been incompetent and though apologetic for the "stress and confusion" they admit to causing me and the delay in shipping from their warehouse "outside of their usual dispatch window". They say,"That kind of hold-up isn’t the standard we aim for, and we apologize for the inconvenience". However, they will not refund my shipping costs or help me in any way! Don't buy from them!
