Worst mot place, I've ever came across. After a £700 mot, I paid extra for them to do my oil and water, which they didn't do.

Wonderful staff. Steve and Joel were a pleasure to deal with. People buy off people and these two know their stuff. Would recommend.

Used ESP today for my MOT. Staff polite and extremely professional throughout. Whilst waiting, I asked to look around the showroom and was allowed in. All vehicles were highly polished and open allowing a good look at any I wanted to. The MOT was completed and the engineer gave me the paperwork. This garage is fantastic and I recommend to anyone.

The service at this garage is brilliant. They are really knowledgeable about what they do, and do not try and do unnecessary jobs if they don't think its needed. He can always make time for you and fit you in around personal commitments etc. Was recommended by a friend, and I'll definitely be passing on his info to others. Affordable too. Not a rip off like the mainstream garages.

When it was discovered that I needed difficult to obtain seals to stop my engine leaking they went out of their way and worked tirelessly to find the part it needed. Their communication was always brilliant: I never felt like my car was in limbo.

I had my wet belt, rear bushes and brake disks changed here and everything was done promptly and properly.

Cannot recommend enough and keep up the good work guys

Awful and dishonest service, lacking any morals and values. Reserved a vehicle and was all set to buy. Dan squires was dealing with the sale who seemed friendly over the phone, but after seeing and confirming would be buying the vehicle, the manager Matt called me to say the car had a massive oil Leak, and would be taken off retail. Quickly returned my deposit, got off the phone in 2 mins. When we saw the car, there was no oil leak, was fine when we checked the engine and drive the vehicle. Was evident this was a lie. The website where the car was advertised, changed to 'sold.' Spoke to another colleague who confirmed it has been sold. Matt continued to lie and said would give me a call when they looked into the leak, and was rude and dismissive over the phone. No phone call ever came.

Very rude, dishonest and disingenuous service! Poor customer service and shocked at the manager, his tone and lies.

Buying a car is very much about the service you receive and trusting the people you are buying from. Not to be trusted when can clearly lie.

Have complained to the trading standards and I have a large following on a number of social media platforms and have shared and warned people away from this place and will continue to do so and get others are sharing.

Recently bought a new car from ESP. Very good level of service received from Matt and Steve, great communication, and delighted with the car we purchased. Very patient answering all our questions. Only wish we lived nearer, not keen on the M1!

Avoid at all costs, I bought a Mercedes c43 just over a year ago, on way home I noticed a rattle coming from the car, the dealership assured me they would fix it and not to worry, left the car with them they had it for a month told me it was fixed so I came and collected the car, on the way home (2hr journey) I noticed the car was still rattling called them again to which they said they have put a warranty on the car an that the warranty company would fix the car, the salesman Matt Fisher asked me to leave it a week call them and tell them it had just started happening ie lie to them so the dealership could pass the liability on to them, I took the car to my local mercedes specialist who told me both turbos would need to be replaced £6500, once completed the warranty company refused to pay the bill and ESP told me they aren't willing to pay and will not accept the car back basically took my 11k deposit billed me the other 20k and tried to leave me with a lemon, also the garage that fixed the car would not release it until it has been paid so I was left without a car for roughly 9 months then had to get my finance company involved and within 6 week the garage that fixed the car had been paid an I got all my money back and deposits. Don't be fooled by the "look how fancy our show room is an nice cars we have" scripted speech they are a sketchy dealership that should be avoided, also I was told it had just been serviced and everything is upto date, I looked into this to see that the gearbox and diff hadn't ever been serviced and the car was on 60k, I did a xentry diagnostic on the vehicle which had gearbox faults panroof and parking sensor faults

Recently purchased a C63s from ESP cars, Dan ( roly) was our salesman and was superb throughout the deal. Honest, professional and knowledgeable and made good coffee . The whole experience was great and I cannot fault anything. Everyone I met was friendly including Matt sales manager. I will definitely use ESP cars when I want a new car

Just bought my 21 car from here Wayne and his team gave a five star service once again nothing to much trouble as always. The car was prepared to a ver high standard as usual

I would not recommend buying a car from this garage. I had an awful experience with a car I purchased that was riddled with problems. I was constantly bringing the car back to be looked at and whilst doing so I was losing days off work and having to travel miles to have the car looked at. The Manager, Matt was very abrupt and rude and did not take on anything I said. Not only this but I paid to have extra parts put onto the car which added value and the work was done by the garage themselves but I had to pay for the parts. I spent days taking the car back endless for fault or another. Everything they said they would repair it - it would then come back with further faults. I had the car for two weeks and I only used it to go back and forth to the garage. At one stage the car went into limp mode and I could only drive at 40mph. Then the windscreen cracked as i adjusted the rearv view mirror. Which i was told i would have to pay for. The windscreen guy said it was never put on correctly and parts were missing. That was the last straw - I decided I no longer wanted this car due to all the problems it had. Matt was extremely rude and refused to refund me my money. Luckily my finance company started looking into the garage and said they would take this up on my behalf. The FCA had to get involved as well. The garage requested the car be returned as it was sold without all the extras. So my finance company decided to pay and have the extras removed.
The next time I looked on the site - to my astonishment - there was the same car I had paid alot of money to have fixed and all the extras put on being sold for a great deal more and with everything I had paid and done to make it better! Please do not buy a car from these people. The cars are not checked/inspected before sold and once they have your money they do not want to have anything to do with you. I regret ever going to this garage - they are not professionals.

I bought an Audi TT from ESP Cars Jan 2022 and whilst I am happy with the car itself, the after sales experience did not go well. Close to purchase ESP cars identified the rear light needed replacing which they did replace. However, the fitting of this light was poor, it was not aligned flush to the adjoining body of the car and part of the light itself had broken off. Upon reporting this to ESP, I was informed the car had gone through preparation correctly and they dismissed these claims despite me sending photographic evidence of the poorly fitted light (the day after collecting the car) no offer was made to remedy this matter which was disappointing. In terms of other matters, I was told the car had a 3 month warranty, I was given absolutely no paperwork regarding this, instead ESP just wanted to push their “Premium Comprehensive” warranty at £699 which seemed highly marked up. I didn’t have the luxury of spending hours for the car handover, however viewing the car indoors in very poor lighting allied with no offer to test drive it before driving off I felt was also poor. So overall, yes a nice car, would I buy again from ESP nope, certainly not. For me after-sales is just as important and I hope ESP can take the lessons learnt here to improve their customer experience moving forward.

I'm consolidating a review after many car purchases from ESP over the past 8 years. You won't get a more friendly, family orientated but wholly professional service from the team at ESP. They are nuanced to offer additional services like workshops and customisations and have access to regulated finance packages. Look...................... everyone gets at least one star for something - it's the fashion nowadays to automatically 'thumbs down' that YouTube video even though you like it. You should remember that and then layer that onto the neg / low scoring reviews here. Buying a car is a two way engagement. As a buyer, you have a part to play too!

I don't write many reviews for places but ESP Cars deserve one. I bought a 2017 Jaguar XFS from them and they have been great before, during and after the purchase.

When I viewed the car the weekend before I decided to go for the Supagard paint interior and exterior clean, polish and protection. I couldn't believe it when I went to pick the car up it looked brand new! The on site bodyshop guys are amazing I can't believe how good the bumpers looked after I pointed out a couple of scuffs and chips when I viewed the car.

You buy from a garage for peace of mind and you certainly do from here. My car developed a leak of green liquid which turned out to be an issue with the aircon system. Without any hassle and after a quick phone call they said bring it in and with a new aircon radiator and labour would have cost me about a grand but they made it feel like it was a pleasure for them to sort it.

I don't live local but will definitely be travelling here in the future when I need another car :)

Excellent sales service. Car was in fantastic condition and better than described. Only downside was the exterior cleaning was way ahead of the interior cleaning but if that’s the only issue then no problems. Buy with confidence. Had no need to use after sales so can’t comment on this.

They sell nice cars. But they are only your best friends until they have your money. Then unfortunately they fall into the usual suspect of second hand car places. Wasn't a disastrous after sales process, but certainly was a noticeable difference between before taking they money and after...

Bought a Jaguar XE last week from ESP. Great online professional sales service enabled me to collect in a covid safe environment. Car prepared and presented in better condition even than the photos depicted

I have to say the service we received from EPS Cars in Long Eaton was without doubt brilliant. In the current climate you can be confident that the showroom is Covid safe. We dealt with Joel from the sales team and what a lovely chap he is , friendly and courteous. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, plenty of choice and absolutely no pressure to buy.
