eShipper is the cheapest, easiest to navigate shipping service I have ever used. The software compiles all the major shipping company prices for me to choose from, and in a few clicks, I can schedule a pick up of my item too at no additional cost. My customer service rep, Brad, is extremely helpful and always available to help with any inquiries I have. I would highly recommend eShipper to any small business or eBay/Amazon user.

I have been using eShipper for almost a year and I am totally satisfied. The website is easy to use and I think the most important thing about my 5 star rating is the response time to emails for help or questions. With customers demanding more for less eShipper is the best option that I have seen.

We compared with other couriers, Eshipper's price is a good deal and reasonable, we are happy to use Eshipper's services. Sales Rep Brad Connors is helpful, if we had issue on the Eshipper web site, he always there for us. That's why we give 5 stars :)

Overall good service. Would still like to see updates allowing multiple email addresses for notifications, and that the email notification show the reference line so everyone in the email string knows which package the update is referring to..

Pricing is almost always better with them, lots of selection of carriers for courier, frieght and pos. Excellent and friendly support (which is very important to me). Claims are handled for me, which is less time consuming for me.

Improvements could be made to their web interface as I tend to get timeout issues and am forced to log back in frequently, even when doing larger batches. The API to get rates for my customers does tend to fail a little more often than I'd like, and contingency plans are needed for when (not if) the system is down. Its a small annoyance for all the other great benefits - If this is the worst I can say, you know they are pretty good!

As most Ecommerce business owners know shipping is one of the few things that can create a lot of stress and pile up the costs if you don't know what you're doing. Thankfully eShipper has saved our company a lot of money by providing us with the best rates we could find, BUT most importantly for us is the customer service. Our customer service rep Gagan takes care of all of our questions, inquiries, and concerns providing us with service that is unmatched. Another great quality is that they are constantly looking to improve their overall service. I'm not one to leave a review for average service but there is nothing average about them, I would absolutely recommend eShipper to anyone looking to make their shipping and/or fulfilling process as efficient as possible!

I find that timeout of the website is too soon. I use shipper a lot and am constantly having to log in. Which sometimes can take a while. But great service for our business.

Our small company has benefited immensely by using e-Shipper! We’re able to get shipping rates at much lower costs than when we tried shipping on our own. The staff are super helpful and kind to us. Sure, sometimes there have been glitches within the computer system but the staff have been able to fix them very soon after I mentioned anything.
