Couple of issues with this service provider. First the site will force you to delete all your cookies, if you don't it will kick you out of the system in the middle of your work. This causes lost time in creating a shipment as well as having to delete all your saved passwords in order to use the site.

Second, if your account is not paid in full with in 30 days your account is locked down. We owed $112 which was one day over due and the account gets locked down! No, it does not matter if you have $3000 credit line, that $112 stops everything!

eShipper is simply outstanding! I am so so grateful to have come across this service. I opened a Shopify store a few months ago and I was looking for a shipping company that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg and somehow fell on eShipper. Because I just got started in e-commerce, I didn't have a lot of options. A lot of big companies turned me down since I wasn't selling 100/200 products per week. With eShipper, despite being a small fish in the huge pond that is e-commerce, I never felt overlooked or unappreciated. From day one, the way they treated me made me want to deal with them. Hopefully, my business will skyrocket and I can continue to use their service :) A big shoutout to my account manager Mikaeel, who is the reason why I decided to give eShipper a shot. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and continues to provide excellent customer service to this day. Thank you!

Excellent service, prompt responses and timely followup! Initially skeptical about the moving process I came across the website and was completely clueless, but my rep. (Komal Puri) did an excellent job at ensuring that it was a smooth sail from the beginning to the end. She assisted me right from the start with the registration to the final shipment! I have had an amazing customer service experience with Eshipper and especially with James. All of my questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. I ran into a large issue where we were facing a time crunch and James went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible solution in a very timely manner.

I've generally had not-so-good experience with eShipper, what with mediocre customer service, missing packages, slow responses, and more. Recently I ran into some issues and Zainab over at customer service/ chat was incredibly helpful and made my life easier and was a peach to speak with. I can only hope eShipper can recognize her excellent customer service skills and train their team to be more like her. She actually went the extra mile to help instead of providing cookie cutter replies that get customers nowhere. Thank you Zainab!
