Absolutely scandalous that they are allowed to trade! AVOID!!!!

I am fuming with myself that I even got suckered into buying any of their crap. Considered ordering magnetic eyelashes, went through purchasing process and even though I closed the window down before I completed the transaction, they took the money and sent me a ‘thank you for your order’ email. 6 weeks later the eyelashes arrive. £20+ paid, what a pile of plastic crap I receive! Needless to say they don’t work!

I contact the company about a refund and they say:

Hi there,

Thank you for your email to notify us of your dissatisfaction with our product. We are very sorry for such destabilizing encounters you have been faced with.

I want you to know that we have observed some crucial information in your complaint concerning our products and services.

But unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Apologies, but we only offer a refund for items that are defected or damaged upon delivery. Other than that, we cannot grant your request.

We hope for your understanding.

Lesson learnt!

These people are cheats.
I’m going to go out of my way to ensure other people don’t get taken by this fake merchant.
I ordered one item and was offered a second for a reduced amount. The first item arrived but the promised second one never showed up.
A scam. Quick money grab

Note: They got back to me and said I’m past
their time limit for customer service.
And that they wouldn’t send my second item I paid for.

No stars would be an accurate description of how I feel right now about this company. I placed an order on June 9th. At first they responded but then when I asked for an update or a refund they quit responding. It’s been a week since my last communication and I’m really not expecting anything else from them. My order totaled $35 and some odd cents. Do not order from them! I wished I would have checked them out before ordering.

No stars would be more appropriate. Their car clip cell phone holder is junk. Will not stay on dash as advertised. They will not refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Another dishonest Chinese company. I have filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency in Washington DC. Our government cannot allow such dishonest companies in China to cheat U.S. consumers.

Like all other comments DON'T BUY. Scam. They take your money and don't send anything. You can not contact them.

Terrible product, no response when requesting refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!

Item took weeks to arrive. 5 items wrapped in plaster wrapper around 5 boxes. All boxes severely damaged. Weeks of requesting resolution and no response. Finally said they would not refund or replace. Ask for just the boxes since items inside were okay. These were gifts so damaged boxes was not acceptable. They would not do even this. Very bad customer service....shipping methods terrible (wrapped in plastic...come one, that's really dumb shipping all the way from China, should have been put in one box to protect items). Would not recommend.

I too wish I'd discovered this website before my purchase. Completely fake site that only steals your money. Gives you a fake tracking # and never responds back to any of your emails after waiting forever.

So sorry I did not find this site before I made my purchase. I waited for it for weeks and was delighted when it finally arrived. I installed it immediately and drove off. Within a block I made a left turn and the whole thing fell to the floor. No amount of shifting places could get it to work. And now, I can't get a response about returning it! Thank you for the place to vent. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Terrible service, takes forever to receive product....avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT!! I ordered a cell phone holder for my car on May 10th. I had not received an update or the product, so on May 29th, 19 days later, I asked for an update. (In today's day and time, 2 weeks for delivery is ample time -- this is not the 70's or 80's when deliveries took 6-8 weeks). I received a cookie-cutter email with a half-baked apology. During the 3 weeks, I did not receive a reply despite sending 2 emails -- and I certainly did not receive my product! Finally, I disputed the charge with PayPal on June 7th. Just like magic, my product was being shipped that day. I am certain that these people are simply hoping that people will just give up and forget about the charge. Just order something off Amazon which has a guaranteed shipping day. But, AVOID Esfranki!!

They take money and the order becomes lost. Customer service ignores my emails. Very bad experience with this site.

I emailed this place the day they charged my cc and told them to cancel my membership... Then they told me I would not receive a refund... I'm 60 and on SSI and just got screwed out of $20

I order the lazyneck fan in May of this year.
I receive an email stated my order is on it way in 20 days, it pass 20 days and still waiting. If I don't receive my order by the end of this month, I'm going to report them to BBB and put them out of business.

I was ripped off too. After you make any purchase with them , you receive immediately an email saying that your order is ready to be shipped , but after two weeks you realize that this is AN SCAM . They just take your money with a fake website/ "shop online"

Bought a couple GPS trackers to put one on my dog. Item is total crap, cheaply made. Needs to be via Bluetooth to work, which makes no sense if I wanna search for tracker from afar...the whole point of it...

this is a scam a chinese scam kisss your money good buy no respose when asking for WHERES MY ORDER ..REPEATE THIS IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM IF I GET MY ORDER I WILL REWRITE THIS AND MOVE IT TO TWO STARS BUT THIS IS BULL CRAP

Ordered curtain tiebacks in red in April. They sent pink ones. Emailed them, they did reply asking for pics of tiebacks and envelope. This I did immediately, BUT after sending several emails to them, I have heard absolutely nothing! Will never use them again! Stay well clear of this company!
