I bought the pet gps tag , delivery was slow, merchandise was cheap and Directions unreadable and Unable to use. Customer service not very helpful. Very disappointed wouldn’t use them again

I order Magic Pool Cleaning Table over three week ago have not received the shipment. Email the company but not a response from the company .i will never again order from this website they are a ripoff. People this is real Don’t order from this website......

I would give less than 1 star if I could. The marketing is misleading and the customer service is abysmal. They marketed a leather refurbishing conditioner that was supposed to return the colour of leather to its original. Instead I received a leather conditioner from China, all in Chinese. They had the nerve to then tell me it would work over time. Do not buy from them. They cheat the customers.

Not even 1 star. I ordered merchandise in May and it is August, still no delivery. They emailed back initially when I said that my order was not delivered and now just silence, no response from them what so ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I wouldn't even give them one star has anyone gotten their pool tablets or their money back EVERYONE DO NOT ORDER FROM this site any one get in touch with them they r from Hong kong

J’ai acheté chez eux un support téléphone pour voiture suite à une pub sur Instagram.
Vu la qualité des vidéos et le paiement en dollars, j’étais persuadé d’être sur un site us, je paie 18€ par PayPal et je comprends après cela que c’est un site chinois vu le délai de 3 semaines de livraison.3-4 semaines après je reçois un article cassé et de qualité bas de gamme qui devient inutilisable après 2 essais, je les contactes, pas de réponses, j’ouvre un litige PayPal pour remboursement , ils me demandent de leur envoyer photos et vidéos de l’article, puis plus de nouvelles! Dernière relance de PayPal et ils me sortent :nous voulons bien vous rembourser mais renvoyer nous l’article à vos frais à Hong Kong ! Prix article 18€, prix envois 25€ donc j’ai laissé tomber

I agree with everyone, their products are horrible as well as their customer service. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I've given them several opportunities. I've bought several items and each time they've been poorly made. I've finally learned my lesson and know this place does not make quality items, regardless of the fake raving reviews you may of seen. My latest item purchased was already damaged. I sent them photos and lots of proof THE DAY IT WAS DELIVERED. The product I bought before that broke immediately and so did the replacement they sent. They only respond is copy and paste remade responses and only offer an exchange or discount for more of their crap products.

They take your money, you wait months, the item doesn’t arrive, when you ask for a refund (five times now and counting) they just tell you to be patient and refuse to give you one. Hoping I can claim back through PayPal because currently they have stolen my money... plain and simple!

SCAM COMPANY! I bought one item that never was delivered. After lot of email and hassle they promised to return the payment but they never did. Dont buy anything from this company!

BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE! The most frustrating people I have had to deal with.

Total scammers. Saw an advertisement for a crimping tool on Facebook so followed the link for more information. Price was decent but it stated shipping charges would be shown at checkout. In order to see those charges you needed to log in through your PayPal. This was my mistake. When I did that I saw shipping was almost as much as the tool and I could get one (shipped) cheaper from other sites so I closed the tab. Not a few minutes later I got a PP notification that I purchased the item. I immediately called PP and told them this was a fraudulent purchase and luckily for me they refunded the purchase price to my account. I then started getting semi threatening emails that they all ready shipped the item and I needed to pay for it. My reply was it was a fraudulent charge on their part and if they shipped the item I will gladly send it back once they provide return postage.

I bought product last year and it wasn’t suitable. Returned to the address on PayPal. No refund ever received.
I nearly bought a product a few weeks ago & changed my mind when I saw it was storm media again so closed it down. 30 mins later the sale completed WITHOUT my consent. I asked PayPal to reverse they refused. But no product could ever be sent as I didn’t add my address or even payment details. PayPal refused again.
A total of $39 down the shoot.

Do not buy anything from this company. They take ages to send your order and when you finally do receive it does not resemble the items you ordered!! The sizes were completely wrong and they said that they couldn't give me a refund as they had sent the correct items. I exchanged numerous emails with them over 6 months but have now giving up any hope of getting my money back.

By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. Sent a completely different item to what I ordered but their customer service team refuse to deal with it. Just completely awful, avoid like the plague.

Poorly described items, that are available in many other places for a quarter of the price. Be warned they will not give you a refund if you are stupid enough to order from them and they don't deliver what you were actually expecting.
Deal with this company only if you can afford to throw your money away

I placed an order over two months ago. They shipped the wrong item, I have waited and finally asked for a refund. They refuse to refund my money and also haven't shipped anything to replace what was entirely wrong.

I ordered car dashboard clips for my and a family member’s cell phones, which took a very long while to eventually arrive. Unfortunately, the clip didn’t work and I immediately sent a request to return the items for refund the day after they arrived.
I initially got an email stating that the email was received, to please take pics of the items as proof they are theirs, and their customer service dept would be getting back to me, but they never did. I sent at least 2 more emails requesting return info, but they were never answered.
A couple weeks ago (2 months after the items arrived), I sent an email to Shopify, which is where they post their store to complain. Right after that, wouldn’t you know, I get an email requesting a video to prove the clips don’t serve as functioned. I did and they sent a reply that their customer service dept would get back to me with more info. The again, no answer. I sent another email and the response was that I should try one of the their air vent cell phone clips, and the return period had already expired. That’s it! I sent an email response back saying that I don’t want to use an air vent clip and that I have proof that I sent the email requesting a return the day after it arrived. Their response was a we’re sorry you had a bad experience with us and we took note of the info you shared. I’m a firm believer that this company is regularly committing fraud. They purposefully delayed and didn’t respond to attempts to return the items to push me past the return availability date! I’ll be making another complaint to Shopify against Esfranki, in hopes that they may do something. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
