The product I purchased was good but the service was poor. Took over four weeks to delivery and missing parts. When I tried to make contact I had no response.

This mod is fading within three weeks…
First of all, within a week they told me that they shipped me it, gave me a wrong track number!
After two more weeks they told me that thy wwere busy and didn’t have the time to print my mod ( they allready had my money transferred)
After three or some weeks they gave me a new track nuber- told me they have mistaken the first one
All this time i was writing them emails
i’ve ordered (18650- up to 100£££) a black one and it changed its colour at the top..
it looks like it was painted black on the white plastic beneath…
The baterry door is crackhing everytime i press power! (Using 18650) I need to place beneath the baterry door some silicon pads to stop it cracking
It is not a premium device and, yes it is not standing near the LOST VAPE or something like that on dna! It is worse ..
At least LOST VAPE looks and feels PREMIUM for a year or twoo( this mode does not even a few weeks)
The power button clicks so hard that my arm hearts after using it
At least i feel pain in my fingers after a day using it!
As all we know dna has its smooth click on power button
Not this time- not this mode at all! Its hard as a rock
The spade on the battery door and the inscription is collecting all the mud and dust that is in your pokets.. beeing very deep
Last, but not least the plus and minus contacts are damaging well the baterry wrap cover!
The dna works great- thanks to evolv!
Box mod feels like Shit !!! Yes it is small, light and comfy, BUT! There is a lot of BUT!
My first days impression was very good
Just want tou to know the thruth, because Jay Haze and other reviewers are not telling it!!
And there is no information and reviews about the mods at all
Take a note on that guys
* Fades the colour fast
* Batery cage cracks the hell out of you
* Power buton is freaking hard( it takes a lot push power to power it on- you do not feel are you firing it or not at all )
* Plus and minus buttons are the same as rock to push
* There is a 100% chance that you will ned to fix somenthing in it to make it work like you need it to be
* For that kind of money don't buy this mod !not buy this mode!

We received the device, there was no fault with it, the engineers have tested several times. Maybe you used the wrong temp or material setting. It possible you screwed the tank down too hard maybe and the 510 was stuck

There was no 'shorted' error in diagnostic, there was 'no atomiser' notification is when connection is not complete or it cannot read your coils. maybe even it was a faulty coil

I tested 2 mods with same sittings and coil.
Ps. Worst Design:
It is in no way waterproof, and you will never get the inner batteries out

122,63£ in the toilet, for costum and re-shipping.

ERROR MESSAGES

The DNA 75C will indicate a variety of error states.

No Atomizer:
The DNA does not detect an atomizer.

Check Atomizer:
The DNA does not detect an atomizer, the atomizer has shorted out, or the atomizer resistance is incorrect for the power setting

Check Battery:
The battery is deeply discharged and needs to be charged, or is
damaged. If this happens, the DNA 75C will not fire the atomizer. The Check Battery message will continue to display for a few seconds after attempting to fire the device. User should remove and replace the battery.

Shorted:
The atomizer or wiring are short circuited. Ohms Too Low:
The resistance of the atomizer coil is too low for the current wattage setting. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage. The Ohms Too Low message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of puff.

Ohms Too High:
The resistance of the atomizer coil is too high for the current wattage setting. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage.

Ohms Too High message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of puff.

Temperature Protected:
The heating coil reached the maximum allowed temperature during the puff. If
this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage.

Weak Battery:
The battery needs to be charged, or a higher amp rated battery needs to be used. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire the atomizer, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage. The Weak Battery message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of the puff.

Return To Researcher:
The DNA has reached a limit configured by a researcher.

Too Hot:
The DNA 75C has onboard temperature sensing. It will shut down and display this message if the internal board temperature becomes excessive

So the website claims same day dispatch if orders made before 3pm, I placed an order at 1.30pm and paid nearly 8 quid for next day delivery. Well never arrived next day. Customer service is poor, Elliott was the person who responded and has no clue about customer service. Avoid at all cost

I ordered a DNA mod and about 80 pounds of liquids in the beginning of last week and a week later still haven't had anything.

This is by far the slowest seller out there or a scam site either way I paid via paypal so I'll get my money back if the goods don't get here.
Just wanted to warn others against this dodgy site.
