Really good quality had to return my first order as jumper was too big but return was easy and replacement was shipped in no time , I am a first time customer but will definitely be back!

Terrible experience as a first-time customer.

Order placed with next day delivery. DHL obviously lose the parcel and it takes me to chase EQVVS for an update.

To add insult to injury - I then have to fill in a DHL lost item form - for a product that I paid for yet have not received. Will not be using again

I recently placed an order for three items, however only one item was received in the box.

I have already logged this issue, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far. I have also tried contacting customer service by phone, but I have been unable to get through to anyone.

As a first-time customer, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and the lack of communication. At this stage, I am unsure whether anyone will get back to me regarding the missing items.

If this is not resolved promptly, I may have no choice but to contact my bank to request a refund for the transaction.

They have got back to me and apologised, lets see how this progresses. I'll change my 1* rating to 2* for now though it took them over 2 weeks to respond. I'll give them a chance at this point.

I ordered a Paul smith zip polo t-shirt & when I took it out of the pack it looked dirty , had marks all over it . Should be checking the items before they’re sent out & this clearly wasn’t . Really disappointed.

After a relatively poor delivery experience Tavis the Customer Service representative was amazing. He couldn't apologise enough and refunded my delivery charge even though i didn't ask for it. This poor delivery experience has not put me off shopping with Eqvvs and i would not hesitate in recommending them.

Have used once and the first time and all good then I receive a discount code through email so I go to buy some more items but the code dose not work with the items I selected so bought the same items cheaper from Mainline.

Tried calling multiple times and there was never any answer also sent an email and no response at all. I wouldn't use this company .

Usually quite good and no problems however this time their courier service has really let them down by not turning up for next day delivery then sending confusing messages with no further date for delivery, not happy at all and that's the difference between someone buying from them and buying from someone else so it matters to them.

So rare and refreshing these days to get exceptional customer service in retail.

On Wednesday evening I had some issues trying to place an order, and logged a request for help via Eqvvs’ Zendesk system. I had never shopped with Eqvvs before, so had no idea what to expect.

The request was picked up at the start of the business day on Thursday, and I quickly received a response from Tavis, who had fully understood the issue and was able to offer a choice of solutions. Along the way, Tavis made a series of sensible decisions to ensure I was able to complete the order exactly as I had intended, that I was kept informed, and that the whole issue was resolved as rapidly as my availability allowed.

Eqvvs got the order that they could have lost. I got the products I wanted, shipping today, and certainly will be returning to the store in future.

Onshore human customer service can really drive customer loyalty, especially when you have high quality people in those roles. Net Promoter Score 10/10. Well done Eqvvs!

My original order had minor issues and they were able to correct this immediately after the first item was returned. The replacement item was perfect and everyone loved it. Possibly my favourite t-shirt of the year so far. Great stuff!

Sent me a duplicate item. Unable to get through to customer services by phone. They have not responded to my emails for 72 hours. Brought 8 items. One of them had a stain so had clearly been sent back by a customer and passed off again. Plenty of other sites available. Avoid this one

A truly great product and staff, I like EQVVS that much I travel an hour each way to shop there, I have bought 15+ items from there, and I have never had any issues, I definitely recommend shopping there

Quick postage and easy returns

Placed an order & paid for home delivery only to receive a email to say my item would be delivered to a shop contacted support who said that I had updated my delivery to a shop delivery (which I had not ) & reading further through the email it said the shop was down the road to my address 0.9 miles away, my reply to email was that it didn’t matter if the shop was local it was not the delivery I had asked for or paid for very disappointed that I have received no further correspondence certainly not very good customer service in my opinion would be reluctant to order from Eqvvs in the future.
