This bank is a scam
This bank is a scam. They had everything from the government authority on my company and still kept asking for a license which doesn't exist on planet earth for the business account I was opening. They charged me $1,500 upfront for the application just to then turn around and say sorry, we want something else for your account that we know doesn't exist and we're keeping your money. Beware, they are running a scam out of their bank and doing this to multiple people every month. I contacted the local government and they are already investigating their illegal actions against potential and existing clients.
Your reply is a Lie.
You don't help with anything. You keep asking for a document that doesn't exist on planet earth 🌎. You are adding requests for information that doesn't exist so you can just turn around and say oh you don't have it, we keep your money. Local government is coming for you scammers. DON'T TRUST THIS BANK.

Great Experience when having delays in fund transfer
I had the most fantastic experience while managing my bank account and having to fund my prepaid visa card. As I travel regularly having funds on the go is vital for all those microtransactions and I need to get things sorted quickly. Denise Reid is a great relationship manager and is always on the lookout for finding solutions and helping you sort out challenges. As banking is not always easy with EQI it is a breeze if you speak to your relationship manager and flag any issues. You can rest assured they will do everything in their power to get you sorted as soon as possible. Kudos to Denise Reid who has been able to get me going in sorting out card issues more than once. I can always count on a quick response and there is always an alternative and clear direction to the solution. I enjoy being an EQI client. EQI Employees are always very polite and helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.
