Entertainer cancelled last minute. The business on WhatsApp offered to refund our £80 deposit but since then have ignored all my emails and messages. Total utter scam.

A very unreliable company that does not honour its contract and then ghosts you when you request a refund and is totally unresponsive to emails.
We are launching a claim against them today for a full refund as they ruined are stag do in Ibiza by sending a Dwarf that was unable to show up on time and had no powers of communication he finally showed up over 3 hours late and 90% of the stag party had moved on including the stag , this is not how to conduct a business and I will pursue them to the end for a full refund !

Absolutely disgusting company!..AVOID AVOID AVOID!..booked 2 weeks in advance paid deposit.. on the morning of the event they cancelled offering a replacement of the total opposite of what I'd originally requested which was totally inappropriate for the venue I was doing and now they won't give deposit bk!..if u want a real company and not this scamming lot that take deposits and keep them knowing they going to cancel on you on the actual day then go to PARTY STRIP they actually saved my day and with such short notice too!..

Paid the deposit for a drawf stripper- 2 hours before I got a text that the dwarf stripper was not available as she was “sick” but they offered a alternative for a “roly poly” stripper which I agreed to as it was 2 hours before the party and such short notice to find something else.

The “Roly poly” turned up.. she was a size 14! Absolutely nothing fat about her!

She was very insulting to guest of the party- came across as a laugh but really horrible comments was being made on people’s appearance as part of the act.

Honestly if I knew she was going to turn up looking the way she did I would not of agreed to her coming and just requested a refund!

I believe this company do not even have a dwarf stripper on the books and this is a comment stunt they pull.

I would avoid and go to another company as I have text and emailed them since to be completly blanked.

Avoid this company!! Total scam payed £60 deposit and no show on the planed day. No communication

Company asked if I can leave a review for a booking I had two months ago. Very happy with everything strip show was good.

It seems there is a trend after reading the reviews below. I booked a female striper for my brothers stag do. I emailed and phoned a week or so before to ask which stripper we would have from the images we chose (they are generic it now turns out).

I never got a response and the company didn't didn't want to engage in discussing which girl they were sending but would just say "you will get a text the day before"

Finally A girl text me and I asked for a photo. Although I'm sure she is a lovely girl, she is NOTHING like comparisons we were offered. I asked them to send another girl. The same thing happened again... the photo she sent me was nothing like what we were after. Both were 5/10 if that!! and not not like the size 6 girls they advertise.

I then told Entertain not to send anyone and told them we would not need their services. I requested a refund of the £70 deposit and they have refused. I gave them 2 opportunity's via email before this review.

I made a booking in February for a hen party in July and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, communication was poor throughout the process. When I emailed to update my address and ask for pictures of the entertainer, the old address was still included in the booking confirmation and no confirmation/photo of the entertainer was received. I didn't think much of it since I had booked so far in advance so thought I perhaps it wasn't prioritised.

Two weeks before the event I contacted them and again requested photos of the entertainer, but received no response. With only a week to go, I grew anxious and emailed to enquire about the cancellation process. Again, no reply. Finally, I emailed to confirm my cancellation as I didn't want to risk either a no show or an entertainer that we didn't want. I received a prompt response.

Had I received a photo of the entertainer this experience could have been very different.

Response to company reply: I emailed in Feb, March and June. Each time I had not had an answer to my question about the entertainer. I am not being incentivised and have no affiliation with the other company, I have removed their name however my review still stands. Also strange that I am the only 1 star review you have replied to.

About 3 months before my mate’s stag I booked 3 bar maids and paid a £120 deposit. Despite a couple of emails from me asking which bar maids had been booked, I received no engagement other than one email saying l’ll get confirmation a week before the event (fair enough I thought).

It got to the night before the stag and I still had no confirmation. On that basis, I couldn’t risk relying on the bar maids to turn up so I emailed the company to say don’t send any girls to the venue and I’d like the deposit back. Still no response months later despite asking several times.

Update: the company has responded below to say that there’s no record of my booking but have conveniently managed to ignore my last 2 emails requesting the refund of £120. For the record, such emails were sent on 09:43 on 29 June 2024 and @ 16:00 on 5 July 2024 to the “info@…” email address (not allowed to write a full email address on here).

As you are failing to engage with me, I thought I would follow up with my complaint now, as a response to my previous email doesn't appear to be on its way.

As you are aware, I booked a 'rolly polly' stripper service with yourselves, only to be told on the morning of the booking that the performer I had selected could not attend as she had called in sick. I was told that I would be provided with a replacement, although 'like for like' wasn't possible.

I instead booked for a Dominatrix, who I was assured would attend at the same time as the previous booking and would 'humiliate' the stag. I agreed to this alternative in good faith, even though it is not what I had booked or wanted.

I received a call from the new performer less than 2 hours before the booked time, telling me in no uncertain terms that she couldn't honour my original time slot and that she could only attend earlier than arranged because she had other bookings.

This meant that we had to rush through our pre-booked dinner and literally run to the venue for the stag to arrive before the stripper.

When I arrived at the venue and met with the performer, she told me that the original 'rolly polly' stripper that I had booked wasn't sick, and that she was currently at another booking in Brentwood! (So i had been lied to?!) She even offered to phone the lady to see if she could fit us in before her next booking if we would rather wait for her?!

I told the lady that we may as well proceed due to the effort and rush to get the stag there in time for her, and she said that she would get ready and meet us inside.

When she came in, she wasn't the dominatrix act, she was dressed as a French maid?? She gave a very poor dance (she didn't even wait for the venue to start playing the song that she asked to be put on, this kicked in half way through the dance) and then she practically ran from the venue to get to her next appointment.

She was supposed to be a dominatrix and wasn't, but that aside - she was supposed to give a 20 minute performance and pose for pictures etc with the stag afterwards. Her performance, from start to legging it out of the door was a total of 7 minutes.

I'm sure you can appreciate this entire experience was totally unacceptable, and left every person at the stag do (31 of us) shaking our heads and asking "was that it?!" Even the bar staff commented on how poor the performance was.

I would like you to please get in touch with me ASAP to discuss a refund.

I've booked and paid the deposit for a male stripper for my birthday over two weeks before the event. On the website there's photos of all good looking strippers so you can make your choice. I suppose all those photos are there just to catch you up, then they'll send to you a random one. So I've made my choice, then I've received an email, less then 48 hours notice before the event, saying that the stripper which I've booked in have had to cancel all the bookings due the family emergency, but do not worry as they have somebody else to attend. I think that's just a formal excuse what they use to say probably to other customers. I've requested to make my own choise from those available strippers which has been ignored and they sent a random one. They also cannot afford to my requested time slot, and offered me a different one. Nothing from my requests hasn't been attempted, I choosed the Magic Mike costume for the stripper, he came in police costume, I've requested that do not get completly naked as there was people on different ages and the message hasn't been passed to the stripper. So I've got an random male stripper on his 40's, and which is not even on the website male stripper photos, he was wearing an old and used uniform, he was poor performing for 10 minutes.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Had the worse experience using this company.. we booked a dwarf handcuff prank for 3 hours on 29th march. The day before i cecked ro see if all ways ok but they can confirmed they can only do one hour now less the 24hr notice.. on the day i then get told there had been a error and the place and time we booked could not go ahead and would have to wait to the next day, we finally managed to get something sorted about 6 hours after orignal booking and different location , we had to rush around find the place.
When arrived we had paid for them to be dressed up but was in normal close and wasnt even with us all the time and going to see other people. We paid good money for something worth fraction the price.. i would avoid and use other companies if i was you

Avoid at all costs.
They never get back to you if you have a complaint. Took our money and ghosted us.

Booked geeky stripper experience over a year in advance and on the night the guy that showed up told me he didn’t have any of that stuff and was being a policeman. He told the bride to get off the chair and had her friend sit down instead. He clearly fancied her as he gave her his card to call him. Extremely unprofessional. Not what we paid for. I complained multiple times and called up and no one ever got back to me.

Awful.

So, let me tell you guys about the male stripper we booked from entertainment uk for my friend Demi's hen do in Ibiza last week - he was amazing! I mean, this guy was in great shape and his performance was absolutely mind-blowing. He had some killer dance moves and definitely knew how to get the party going.

We loved how he personalized the performance to suit our group's preferences. It really made the experience even more special. The booking process with entertain-ment.co.uk was a breeze and their customer service was on point. They kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and were always there to answer any questions we had.

Where do I start here. I booked a stripper via the website after being quoted and told they have availability for tonight.
I asked for him to be here for 8pm in a police outfit. I also asked for 3 of the selection of models.
Once you book you pay the deposit of £40 with the remaining money to pay on the day. The stripper will then call approx 1 hour before they are due to arrive, which is the only contact you will get.

Firstly - the stripped called an hour before 8pm YES. BUT he told me he wouldnt be there for 8 as he was told 9? And would be there for 9 ish. He actually pulled up at close to 10pm when all of us were pretty much done for the night. I had to chase him to find out where he was.

Secondly - he wasn't any of the 3 we chose, NOR was he any of the other models on the page. He was really skinny. OK body but not anything we would have chose. Also, I asked for police atire which he didn't have and came in a suit.

Thirdly - once finished I then asked how much I owed which was £85. So I gave him the cash. He then went outside with the bride for a vape and then shouted me over telling me he was supposed to collect £120. I told him I paid £40 deposit and if that was his money hey needed to speak with the agency. He got bit funny with us at this point and left saying he would tell them I didn't pay the full amount which was quite intimidating.

The other thing was that he turned up with some other younger guy in a tracksuit who sat in the car. We were in the middle of a glamping site. I told the girls to make sure the pods were looked as he looked shady. He did come in after the "show" and said he was a trainee stripper. Obviously stoned from the pink eyes and made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Not sure why he was there?

Lastly - it all seemed a bit too seedy for my liking. I thought it would be a choreographed routine with the hen and maybe a flash of his bits for her. But he was full on naked for 90% of the time with a hard on. Bending multiple people over and rubbing it on them. It actually made a few of the pregnant ladies uncomfortable and they left. Maybe they have changed a bit since I last saw one. But it felt a bit too uncomfortable.

I would like to say that on the phone call with him he told me his mate had handed him to job because he was too busy and because we were a younger crowd (which he only found out when I told him on the phone that the hen was 29) that we wouldn't want someone who was 40 and "it would be like dancing with your dad" so it seemed really conflicting. Also I was told he only just got notified of the job. Also he also asked me if it would be a wasted journey if people were going to be upset about him being late as he "could spend the night with his kids if ita going to be a wasted journey". I booked this on the 2nd June. 2 weeks ago. It really seems like a shambles of a company and I wouldn't recommend.

Booked a dwarf well in advance through this company , 5 hours before dwarf was supposed to arrive we get a email from
Agency saying dwarf cannot make it…. AN EMAIL?! No call, no alternative, no nothing just advising will be refunded…

I’ve read a few reviews stating this has happened a few times… honestly such a let down Entertainment UK

Used this company to hire two little guys for my “Wolf of Wall St” birthday party. Com’s were very good spoke directly with both acts.
Acts on the night were very funny and up for a laugh. Would use again.
