We even ordered samples from multiple companies and tested them ourselves in how their resisted to stains.

Finally, we made our choice on a custom built table from Ennis and Brown, and we had high hopes.

Once it was delivered and assembled in our kitchen, we couldn't be happier. The finish and build quality really exceed our expectations. I'm delighted of many details such as how the extensions are built from the same planks of timber, so that they match in grain pattern.

Would absolutely recommend if you are after a quality kitchen table that will last decades.

From my initial conversation with Ennis and Brown about a bespoke dining room table to completion, the service and product has been first class. We could not be happier with our new dining room table. We needed a table to specifically fit our chairs and dining room and Ennis and Brown could not have been any more helpful, I received drawings and measurements to match what we needed along with a quote. The table was made in good time and delivered well packed and in perfect condition. Assembly was very simple.

So happy with our smoked oak dining table. The product is very reasonably priced given the build quality and finish and looks like it will last for years to come. Great to have a choice of finishes/legs to suit personal taste and would definately recommend this family business over mass produced items from the high street. Delivery was informed and on time.

We had a fantastic experience with Ennis & Brown. We spoke with Nick to create a custom sized version of the Balustrade dining table and matching bench. Our table and bench arrived a few days ago and they look absolutely perfect. The delivery was smooth and the craftsmanship is excellent. We also really appreciated the great customer service and how easy the team were to speak to over the phone. Ennis & Brown is a great business and we are very happy we chose to work with them for our table. Highly recommended.

The showroom is in an old piggery just outside Tring. Our tour was accompanied by a gorgeous giant of a dog, who ambled around acting as sales advisor and chief nuzzler. We were gloriously left alone by human advisors until we had questions. The tables are beautiful. The options are well thought through and the variety of bespoke tables offers something for everyone. They’re not cheap, but there’s Ikea for cheap. We’ve been looking for +/- 5 years for a new dining table, but found what we wanted here, ordered it, and 3 months later it’s arrived and it’s perfect. Only challenge has been to find chairs to match, but that’s the next task…
The service has been equally impeccable and old school: hand-written order note, polite delivery lads, efficient & friendly.

The table is stunning, with no marks whatsoever despite having been in the showroom. Glass smooth and a fantastic colour (smoked oak).
