1:1 PT Sessions with Niall…
My Son has 1:1 PT Sessions with Niall and he absolutely loves it. As a 13 year old that is homeschooled and needs his physical and social needs meeting, Niall is the perfect person for what we need as parents.
The gym is always spotless and the equipment is of high quality and standards.
Very happy.

PT with Niall
I have been having PT sessions with niall for a long time at the gym. More recent than not I have got my head in the game and loving attending my PT sessions. Niall works me hard every session which I am now starting to notice a massive difference in my body and fitness. Niall is not just my PT but also made a friend as he is so easy to talk to and he is so patient. Thank you niall for getting me this far and helping me get my head back into a constant training pattern 🥊

Amazing gym and amazing staff
I have always felt welcome and pushed to more of my best and always greeted with staff. My trainer niall is awesome always helping and understand with what i want to accomplish with dieting and building body stronger after i had a operation 100% recommend this gym everyone is friendly and kind

I've been a member of this gym for a while now and it is definitely the most well equipped, accessible, clean and friendly gym in the area. I've recently started PT sessions with Luca and in every session he has pushed me to the absolute limit - I finish the session exhausted but also very satisfied. He is able to tailor the sessions around my back issues, and interests like kickboxing, which makes it much more fun. I'm 100% sure these PT sessions with Luca and a good diet with some consistency will lead to my ultimate weight loss goal.

Glutes & core class with Evie every Monday 8:20, wow. Had my first class and honestly was the best experience. Vibes, tunes and working the glutes, cheeks are still on fire🔥. Definitely knows how to keep you working. She really takes the time to make you feel confident with yourself and the exercise’s, had no clue where to even start with RDL’s before. Highly recommend !!

A great gym
I’ve never really enjoyed the gym until now.
This is by far the best gym I’ve been to, everyone is really friendly and the classes are amazing.
Big shout out to Sydney, she’s got so much knowledge about training in general but also boxing and is always happy to help.

Well where do I start this place is my happy place my medicine 🤣 to help me stay sane. Not only do I love the classes but Adam is amazing when iv done a class or pt with him I definitely feel that burn but also feel good about myself so of anyone is looking to keep sane like me this is the place to be. Adam is so passionate about what he does you can clearly see that in how he preps his sessions id highly recommend Adam if your looking for a 1-1 or even attending one some of his classes

A great friendly gym
I have been a member at energie fitness Hyde for approximately 7 years, I really enjoy working out here as you have wide variety of equipment and the staff are very helpful friendly and approchable.
I normally workout in Sydney's abc box fit classes twice a week Sydney took over from Phil and she's doing a great job she has the experience and knowledge in fitness. She also varys the classes so it's different and not the same routine.
At the end I always feel I have had a great workout and that's what I come for.
