I emailed last month to cancel my membership and didn't get a response. It's meant that I have paid another months fee and it won't cancel till the end of next month. I emailed again this week and still waiting on a response from Highbury Energie Fitness.

Great class with Eoin, lots of fun, well planned and he provided modifications for every exercise so was v inclusive for all levels! 10/10 would recommend:)

I have been using the gym for almost a year and during this time I enjoying being part of the gym. They have a good sort of equipment. The atmosphere is friendly as well as the staff, always helpful and professional.

Gym has a very nice atmosphere and friendly staff! I would enjoy it even more if there was a separate toilet for ladies. Thanks!

The place is nice, as well as the environment. Maybe having zumba classes or any other class that implies dancing could be a great added value.

Really enjoying this gym. Venus is incredibly kind and given I was nervous joining the gym she always makes me feel comfortable and welcome, especially on my first day.

gym is definitely value for money

The actual gym area is good. The rating is due to the changing rooms.

The lockers work, you bring your own lock. However the seating is not that good, for example when you need to change and put your stuff down there are only two little benches. The layout isn’t the best for that.

The men’s showers aren’t the best— you have to push the shower dial inward and the water does not stay consistently hot, it’s almost like a small timer as the dial pushes out then you have to push it back in again, and the water becomes cold again then back to your temperature you’ve set.

The men’s changing room *had* a single hairdryer, which is now gone— I told a member of staff that it was making a really strange sound when I used it, I saw it once after that with a note saying “please do not use” and now it’s gone all together, so I cannot even dry my hair properly after a shower - oh you have to bring your own towel to the shower btw.

There are also only two cubicles for showering in the changing room. There is no background music in the changing room.

I really like the atmosphere in the gym but would also like to state some things here I think can improve.
1. There is no stepper in the gym.
2. In the passage towards the changing rooms, there is always smell of perspiration.
3. One of the barbells (I think 15 kg one) is broken.

I have just joined Energy Fitness Club. However, this club is very clean. It has a good view on street. It opens on time and has kindness employees.

It's a friendly, welcoming gym. Clean and well maintained. A variety of equipment and space to work out. I have been going close to a year, I have found a place that keeps me happy and motivated.

Almost everything you want is there, considering the limited space available. Also, the flexibility afforded in terms membership, is a win-win situation for both users and the provider.
