I was trained by Harry and he did a great job, he was welcoming and his support and training made me sign in

harry is a great staff member.

i was doing my normal workout thinking everything was going okay, and this young man gave me some tips on how to improve my form. he told me about all the risks of injury and has made me feel more comfortable as i felt like i knew what i was doing, thank you harry!

A really inviting gym set up with helpful staff and really great classes. They have a good range of equipment .
Skye is an exceptional personal trainer and Wayne manages the place very well, I've been enjoying a lot of the classes recently be specially circuit.

Absolutely one of the best classes I’ve done Wayne was great he knows exactly how hard to push you can’t wait for the next class

Was late on a payment due to issues with my bank, I eventually paid and they deducted a £20 fee to which they ensured me I will get it back once paid, now they are telling me that their old company they were working with has the fee and to contact them, once I contacted them, they told me because they aren't under energie fitness, they have it. Was pushed back and forth and eventually energie fitness stopped replying. I do not understand gym's playing with people's money.

Cannot recommend this gym enough! Great use of facilities and the classes are really fun. Always found it clean and tidy. The staff are always interactive which is a big plus, if you have any issues they will deal with them there and then. Big shoutout to Wayne who signed me up to the gym and has been extremely helpful.

Before you make your final call on the membership, just so you know, there might be times—around six months of the year—when hot water isn’t available due to some ongoing issues. The manager's assistant often promises that things will be sorted out “today or tomorrow,” but it can be a bit of a waiting game.

On a positive note, I’ve got to give a massive shout-out to Orin! His management skills are seriously impressive. He always jumps in to handle any issues that pop up, and his involvement really makes the whole gym experience so much better.

The team at Énergie Erith were very welcoming. The Zumba class ran by Sky was fantastic! It’s fun and gives you a great workout. Sky also gave a great induction to the gym. John was very helpful and made the process of joining the gym very easy. Such a lovely team at Erith! Glad to be apart of this gym.

Great gym , particularly for those with gym anxiety! Very helpful staff.

It’s great place. Enjoyable and I like it.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Erith branch. This gym has changed so much since I first joined. Lots of the original members have left. Lots of new members who tend to just sit on the machines and watch their phones, not letting other users to do their workout. Lots of unsavoury characters visiting this gym, staff don't seem to care unless you're a pretty young woman.

I don't know maybe it's the language barrier and I have stopped going to the gym for a couple of months now but my subscription is still active. I need a trainer
