Great Gym, left for a little while but found myself missing the atmosphere & people, classes are great, doing PT’S with Pelè enjoying it so much even though he works me & Jan hard!! He is an amazing trainer would HIGHLY recommend him, if your looking to progress in your fitness journey he is the man, he is very knowledgeable, kind & helpful but he will push you to do better sometimes I need that, thank you Pelè x

Was unsure about rejoining the gym but they have made easing back into very welcoming. Friendly staffs. Always happy to answer any questions I may have.

The staff are as friendly and welcoming as possible and all the facilities are near spotless. As some one who has been for a while i can attest its one of the better gyms I've been to in ages

I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience at énergie Fitness Erith.

In April, I went into the gym and asked a staff member for advice because I was considering leaving the city. I was told I could freeze my membership and decide later whether to cancel — but at no point was I told that I’d still be charged for a full extra month due to a 30-day cancellation notice period.

Yes, I’m aware that this clause is written somewhere in the terms and conditions. But when you go to a staff member in person, asking for help and clarity, you expect that key information like that would be shared directly and clearly. Instead, when I brought up the issue, I was met with denial that any mistake had been made, and every time I pushed back, they fell back on repeating: “It’s in the T&Cs.”

So I’m left to pay for a charge I wasn’t properly informed about — based not on good service or transparency, but on technicalities and deflection. That’s not customer care. That’s not integrity. That’s a complete lack of responsibility and basic decency.

If you’re thinking of joining, just know that when something goes wrong, this gym won’t own their role in it — they’ll hide behind policy and leave you out of pocket.

Friendly team, good classes, good people, cheap. All that you want from a gym, worth the money! I love it !

The PT Wayne was very helpful and reminded me of how to use the weights, and help with the start of my workout routine and journey.

The staff here are very friendly (Harry,Skye and Wayne) I like the equipment in the gym. The combination of these two makes it perfect for me to work towards my goals which is my priority.

Been at this gym for 4 months and I’m so glad I joined. The staff are all very easy and welcoming to me and I’m very grateful for it. Especially big shout out to Harry. Would recommend for anyone looking for a gym to join who’s a bit worried about what to do.

Great gym, been coming here for years and I’ve enjoyed the experience a lot. The workers are great and friendly. Lovely gym!

I have recently joined energie fitness after not being in a gym for about 15 years..... All the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable about gym, equipment and nutrition. I would highly recommend these guys they are both friendly and professional.
