I'm a first timer to rhe gym, but this gym has it all. (for what I need anyway)
Very polite and pleasent staff, always willing to help, always clean and maintained.
Personally I think it's great value for the membership cost.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Equipment very good and a brilliant choice of classes.

énergie Fitness in Eltham is a good gym. Staff are very helpful. There is lot of options in the free weight area, I never had to wait long for machines. Disinfecting sprays are available everywhere, which is important, particularly now in COVID times. Other visitors are friendly and helpful. The place is regulary cleaned.
The only thing I would suggest to improve is that the male changing room smells mouldy. I know it is an old building but it should be solved somehow.
