My daughter and I have taken advantage of the Epic package and the communication and attention to detail since starting has been amazing. Reece goes out his way to let you know he is around for any questions should need be which is reassuring as were very unsure of what to expect as 'beginners'. Amazing experience so far.

Didn’t tell me the gym I was switching to had shut down even though they must’ve known. Paid for a month of subscription with no gym.

This gym is amazing
This gym is amazing. The team are all very friendly, supportive and professional. I had total gym anxiety but was made feel completely at ease. The timetable of classes is amazing and there's something for everyone. I personally love the body sculpt. The instructor are amazing and explain what each exercise benefits. I was so nervous as I thought I was walking into a gym full of extra fit people but everyone needs to start somewhere and there's people of all levels in the classes. If you're like me and have gym anxiety there's options to do it at home. Also there's classes to support anyone's timetable as there's classes all through the day. So glad I finally got over my fear and went and you should too x

The place is clean and it is not crowded, you can use the equipment without waiting much. Personal very friendly.

Chris is a class act
Chris is a class act. 10/10 instructor. Always really good workouts, new and varied exercises, and lots of physio knowledge - he really knows his stuff and welcomes everyone of all abilities and ages etc.

Equipment often a bit too close together
Signs warning of dropping deadlifts. If anyone can demonstrate how to put 150kg down gently I'd love to see it.

Please note we do have a disabled shower, it is locked and the key can be obtained from reception.
