Good environment and amazing staff and happy staff with nice people really enjoyed it so far x

Your gym is quite clean and well-ventilated. The variety of equipment is good. However, people who come to work out take a weight and sit on a bench for a very long time without getting up. Some occupy the weights and benches while watching YouTube videos. I’ve signed up, but I’m considering quitting.

Courteous and helpful staff. Trainers are very down to earth. The gym itself is a very diverse community which makes settling in feel easier.

The Chingford gym is in my opinion and experience really good. The manager and trainers are really really helpful and supportive. The gym has everything I need for focusing on different areas of the body on different day. Not an aggressive or intimating atmosphere at all. I think the price is good in my view. Basically went in with a target and told them what it was and they helped me reach it. The manager is sound so the gym is a good place. I was hesitant when I first went in there but that disappeared on the first day.

Great gym - it's got all you need. Great staff/PTs who work in the gym. I go in around 8 in the morning, which is a good time as you won't have to worry about waiting for equipment. It's local - perfect for me.

The gym is quite good in general however for the price we’re paying it is a very small and busy gym. I found myself having to wait to use machines most of the times, especially the stair master as there is only one in the whole gym. I definitely feel like the price should be reduced due to the small space and limited facilities.

The machines are well kept and the staff are very nice.

Would be good to no beforehand hand if classes will not be running rather than booking and expecting to have a class and it’s a no show…

My personal trainer Gabby is just the best. She motivates me and gives me every reason to keep going. Very professional, kind, respectful and helpful with a great sense of humour.
