It's the first time for me going to a gym. So I really appreciate the staff being ready to help anytime. You can ask them about every exercise and even if they don't the answer for sure they try to help.

I highly recommend this gym
I highly recommend this gym, as it may be the best gym in brighton regardless of its size!
It has all the machines needed for a proper workou, the people coming here are absolutely nice and helpful, and so is the team of the gym!

Brilliant gym with all the equipment you need
This is easily the best gym in its price range I’ve been to. It has everything you need, and actually some useful equipment that more expensive gyms don’t have. Everything is new and the gym is also spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.

I have to say this is the best gym I have ever trained at. Firstly the staff are super friendly, helpful and approachable! Agha and Amelia deserve a shout out as always providing motivation, help and support when ever needed. The facilities are excellent with a great range or equipment and they are adding more and more variety every month, which is a direct response to the customer needs and requests. Highly recommend and worth every penny. If you want value for money this is the place. Daren!

Not many machine equipment
not many machine equipement, for example none for adductor abductor or abs exercises. No hot water in the showers!
Only plus side is that it is very clean and not smelly for a gym

Everybody that works there is super friendly and helpful, every time I've been in. I'm putting my last visit in as the date to try to make it fair!

Overall wonderful gym - highly recommend
Staff are super friendly and helpful, gym is so clean with air fresheners everywhere (a touch that I loved). So happy with the shower cubicles, as your have your own private shower and changing area (soap included). Facilities also top notch, favourite gym I’ve tried :)
