New to going to the gym!
For someone who is new to the gym and was very nervous attending on my own, this gym has such a calm atmosphere, the staff are available when you need support and I don’t feel nervous attending on my own. The app helps you to plan when you feel most comfortable attending by avoiding its busier times. For any first time gym users I would definitely recommend énergie fitness Bridgend! 😃

Super friendly gym
After avoiding going to the gym for years I finally decided to do it and joined energie fitness in bridgend! The staff are super helpful and friendly and always ready to answer any questions and the gym itself is always so clean and well looked after! I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with energie!

Really friendly staff
Really friendly staff. I don't feel uncomfortable at all. Everybody just does their own thing. There are people of all ages and sizes there which is really nice to see .

Confidence Builder
Airy, light and welcoming. The equipment is spaced apart so I feel safe working out in the gym. The PT's are friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there are options for membership. I have found booking a slot on the app easy to do, I'm 53 and technically challenged!
On joining the gym I asked if anyone specialised in coaching someone, following major surgery. I was referred, to a lovely young lady with whom I booked 5 training sessions.
She listened carefully to my personal story and has helped ease me back into the gym with the aim of improving my overall fitness.
Very professional and encouraging, pushing where necessary and explaining why rest between exercise is important.
I can highly recommend Energie Fitness Bridgend.

Nice and clean
Nice and clean, plenty of sanitising spray, need to keep an eye on the paper towels.
A bicep machine would be good
Easy to get to, and with the number restrictions does make training and working out a lot easier and more comfortable

Great classes
Lovely gym, nice clean atmosphere and the classes are great. However it can be difficult to book the early morning spin classes. They could do with maybe having a 5.30am and a 6.30am class as these are popular times.

Very welcoming staff who make everyone comfortable who has anxieties over going to a gym. Nice and clean at all time. Great choices of exercise options if I had to pick one negative it would be the music but I love going to this gym.

Good basic gym with a good selection of…
Good basic gym with a good selection of equipment. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The lay out of the equipment is good and it’s a safe place to train.
