Trying to threaten court action for unpaid membership for a 3 month payment no further contract so nothing to pay. Using a dodgy company that’s not even regulated so operating illegally. Do not go to this gym

Good gym, basic but convenient up until they changed opening hours.
It used to be opened from 6am which was great for people who go to work.
It is great to start your day with exercise before going to work.
Now the gym opens everyday from 8am which is not great if you work.
I understand it’s Becouse of the noise, but Becouse of this they have lost a lot of clients.
It might be good for students now or those who don’t work or work from home otherwise there other gyms close by with better opening hours

I was a member of this gym, but I resigned. The truth is that no one should make a business out of destroying other people's lives. They are doing it to the residents of this block. I have friends there who showed me how bad it is, how loud the noises from the gym are, and most of the noise is from the regular weights, not just the deadlift! And this is because there is no soundproofing there, the carpet tiles are laid directly on the concrete.
Someone should auditing it because it can't be like this!

I love this gym. The atmosphere is super friendly, the staff are really helpful & go the extra mile for us. The instructors give it their all in the classes.

Emily, Clint & PT Sarah are exceptional at what they do. If you have a chance to train with Sarah I would say take that chance, she is worth every penny.

There is too much stuff broken and takes ages to repair, the condition of the toilets not great. When I first joined had pt walking around approachable now just sit in their office, so it you need help have to leave workout to find them!

Always packed, people leave weights around, no one highlights it. Mainly due to no member of staff around. Groups of hogg machines and have now ruined the experience for me.

Not variety of classes.

This gym is really going downhill fast. They have changed the opening hour of the gym from 6am to 8am. There has been 2 out of the 4 shower rooms broken since early January 24 and it’s now April and they still haven’t been fixed. There is no punch bag in the yard area as advertised. There are very few classes now. There is a massive turn over over staff in this gym.

So far great I don't like gyms that are surrounded by pretenders so far I see hard work n sweat here n I like it n personally the team are very friendly and helpful all in all a nice calm hard working atmosphere 👍

Bootcamp was Amazing! Great coach, great workout.

Such a tremendous asset to the local community and very well run. Superb!

Staff should be guiding the gymers in correct postures. Plus the gym should be 24/7, or atleast till 12:00am time.

As other people said they play music too loud

I have spoken with staff however they don’t turn it down
It’s funny when brands try to portray themselves a certain way online but do not behave like this in real life

I’ve joined the energy gym in Ashford as soon as it first opened over a year ago. The most amazing gym, trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. Spin classes are top quality (ive tried few locally and none would match Adams energy💪🏼). Emily (manager) is always friendly and going an extra mile to make sure everyone is happy, RaShawn- our pilates and zumba Instructor makes you work hard, an incredible and passionate professional. I love her classes. Every single personal trainer there is very passionate about their job. It shows in the way they run their classes. I wish I could work shorter hours to be able to do them all lol
You will not feel intimidated at this gym. People in the gym and staff are super friendly. I definitely recommend Énergie gym to all my family and friends.

Not able to book classes in the morning time classes are always booked so fast.

Since I started I have been very impressed it’s never to busy that you cannot use the equipment.
