Beautiful clean and pleasant environment staff are friendly always gave a smile on their faces and welcoming you 🥰

The gym is great and I go several times a week now. The plans are very affordable, and everyone (personal trainers, staff) is very nice. However the classes are often cancelled last minute with no notice as they are underbooked, and there is not always a lot of choice. This will probably be solved as soon as more people sign up though.

Lovely atmosphere and staff. Workout is great.

Helpful people, but the machinery is mainly male centred, could use a female touch (inner thighs machines and abbs, etc.).
Overall I'm still satisfied, it's cheap, clean and not too busy, which is what I was looking for.

Staff are the best, very positive helpful and welcoming.

New gym but not much equipment and even less attachments for the cables but all what’s in there is good stuff

I liked the location, the equipment and the staff.

This review is a special shout out to Hussain at Archway. He's an awesome trainer, full of enthusiasm who genuinely cares about his job. He's constantly mixing up the workouts, looking at different ways to push us and keep things interesting.
The Archway gym is new and finding its feet. Lovely staff - (Iszy is another with tonnes of passion), brand new equipment, bit of work to do on the class timetable and then it will be great.

The staff is very nice and welcoming but others I felt as they were forcing themselves to have an outgoing personality. I like the equipment but the place it is a bit small. That’s the raison why there is no abs machine.

I don't even know where to start. The place is amazing, and from my point of view very well equipped, not crowded and I've never been more comfortable in a gym before.
But nothing of that matters if you don't have the right people, and here is where this place is totally outstanding. Amber, the manager, is great, lovely and always looking after the people, Iszy, PT, I've been training with her for some days already and she is the best! She motivates you, helps you and makes you want to get better. The rest of the team, I don't remember the names, but they are great too, always willing to help.
The classes, I went to several of them, and time flies when you're there.
I highly recommend this gym and the team.

Houssin is the best personal trainer I ever had!He motivates me and pushes me beyond my limit and my comfort zone.The sessions with him are never boring but highly intense!!!🥰

Great staff and a good gym. The only small thing that needs improving is adding a couple more machines but the staff are amazing and the yard is really useful for boxing training.

Good friendly atmosphere with helpful and engaging staff. Facilities are excellent and well kept, no complaints at all.
