We experienced repeated leaks with our water heater, and despite multiple service calls, the issue was never properly resolved until it was escalated to a senior technician, who deemed the tank irreparable. Throughout the process, I felt pressured to buy out faulty equipment just to close the account. Even after returning the tank and purchasing a replacement elsewhere, they are still billing me for an active account and demanding a buyout payment. The lack of transparency, communication, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere to a company that gets the job done right the first time, rather than putting you through this endless back-and-forth.

My experience with Enercare has been extremely frustrating. Our Bosch tankless water heater repeatedly stopped working and required multiple service calls. Eventually, we were told it was beyond repair, so we decided to go with another company.

I personally returned the unit to Enercare’s location. When I asked for a return reference number, the representative told me they don’t provide one. Almost two months later, I’m still being charged and still trying to resolve this.

Every time I call, I have to explain the entire situation from the beginning. After repeated equipment failures, returning the unit myself, and spending hours chasing a billing resolution, I’m completely disappointed with their service.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against choosing Enercare.

I was very impressed with the technicians Desmond and Arslan. They were well organized, knowledgeable and efficient. After repairing the damaged gas line they tested the hot water tank and furnace.

Avoid $2000 scams strategies from Enercare

DRB Hvac and their team saved me $2000 from Enercare. Enercare claimed that my 2 year old water heater motor needed replacement due to some low air pressure coming in DRB Hvac saved the day.

They went above and beyond what Enercare did, saved me $2000 cleaned my air intake pipes, reset the heater properly, fixed the issue and error code, sealed the outside air intake pipes including my furnace (truly they went above and beyond) and it was very affordable

Bottom Line Avoid Enercare: Infact the Enercare team refused to show me evidence that the pressure and said they would charge me to show me. The Enercare technician and agent cooked up some scam to get me to buy the $2000 replacement part, but after I said no they changed their story to sell me a new water heater.. which DRB Hvac fixed in under 2 hours, professionally, and cleaned everything and showed me each part, they even cleaned the pipes from within!

Lacking transparency a lot of hidden details and loops holes for them to charge you or take leans on your house. You must always asked what is the penalty or hidden charges or does this extend my contract if you ask then for new feature .. them to add anything orVery difficult to end your contract and buyout. After 10+ years of having rental equipment they inflate the price outrageously.

Mash did a service check,, professional and courteous and made sure we had no issues with our heating system

I was very happy with Enercare as they immediately attended to my service request when my water heater broke down overnight and there was a massive leak due to corrosion. The agent immediately came n checked and said he would have a new water heater sent asap. It was replaced that very evening. Happy it ended well and not in a catastrophe

The woman I dealt with has a bad attitude and she didn’t tell me that the first offer she made was special!! I told her I was going to get other prices and she said fine.we have been paying for service/maintenance for at least 15 years I think. We never used it and when we did they claimed it was not fixable! Paid for a new one with all the maintenance we paid!!

The installation went smoothly, and annual inspections/check-up's have been timely and easy to schedule. No equipment issues.

Water heater replacement

We had our regular furnace maintenance today. Our technician was Bernard Bizindavyi. We were very pleased with the care and attention to detail that he took while checking out our furnace. He was friendly and efficient. Thank you Bernard. You are great representative of Enercare.

Useless maintenance plan. Both times when we needed a technical, they said there is no one available and scheduled it someone after 2 days for urgent plumbing required - water pipe broke and they asked to wait for 2 days without water in the house.
