The Team at EMMA-Live were fantastic in quickly setting up a microsite for a charity supporter arranging a Prize Draw fundraising event in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Once the event was launched, the team were very responsive throughout. Rapidly replying to emails and phone calls from the charity, as well as the supporter. They definitely ensured it was a success. Thank you.

EMMA were so helpful through every stage of organising our event. Our account manager, Anu, was fantastic. She was always really responsive and happy to support us. The tech worked really well both in advance of the event and on the night itself. I would thoroughly recommend them.

In the past 10 years we have used four other fundraising technology providers for our annual event and EMMA has been by far our best experience yet!

The system is incredibly flexible, easy to use and not one of our 350 Gala guests had any issues at all - from initial ticket purchasing all the way to collecting silent auction bid payments at the end.

EMMA Live was fantastic - we had never used them before. Isha was incredibly supportive and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She spent time with us on a number of occasions explaining how all the functions worked and how they could be used to maximise fundraising at our event. Pre and post event support was 5 stars. I would highly recommend Emma Live, we have run a number of events with them now and they are always run without a hitch in a professional manner. Working with the Emma team was a good experience. They are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their market. They have an empathy and understanding of what fund raisers are trying to achieve and the best ways to do that.

A fantastic company to work with, they make our lives in events so much easier. The software is great and the EMMA team are super helpful and on hand to help.

We now use the EMMA platform for all our events and it has made life so much easier, from the beginning right up until after the event has happened.
