We booked after having a mouse infestation and so we had droppings and other mice nastiness’ everywhere. Yuck.

The Technician did a thorough job. Was really friendly and experienced. Would recommend this company. The client service experience is amazing too, very swift process.

From initial contact to final payment the process was very professional and efficient. Corey was very responsive and answered all my questions. Very communicative and quick to respond to texts/emails. On the day the technician, Trevor was just brilliant, put us at ease, explained everything he needed to do in the house (after death clean) and was just a really personable guy, very good at his job. Would recommend this business if you need a job doing quickly and well.

I liaised with Matt Hunt regarding the cleaning of my parents house that’s been hoarded for over 20 years. He talked me through the whole process, booked it in and arranged for Marta to clean it, who was absolutely amazing, couldn’t believe the difference she made. Would strongly recommend their services. 'Emergencycleanuk' were able to come out quickly and the task was carried out efficiently, and quickly and courteously. Everything was explained and dealt with, we did not have to lift a finger. It was all done for us from start to finish, the first phone call through to quote and sending us the licences he had to carry out the task and arriving on the day to clearing up when completed.

I found myself needing a hoarders clean for my property that had been neglected by it's resident and had suffered quite a severe leak from the kitchen plumbing and ruined the units and floorboards.
I contacted numerous agents that provided hoarders clearances and Corey gave me the most confidence in instructing his company to take on the job. There was no running water available at the property because of the leak as mains had to be turned off but the team came equipped with their own water and managed to do as good a job as what was possible in the circumstances. The team worked efficiently and professionally and were very respectful of the situation.
I needed to use the company again for a more extensive clean in bathroom and WC downstairs that contained some biohazard waste and again they worked professionally and efficiently and removed everything safely.
Communication with Corey was easy through phone calls and text messaging and they provided options to pay in installments via Klarna.

I unfortunately had to use the after death cleaning service. The booking was promptly organised. I was sent copies of the company's insurance and waste licence. The team agreed to collect a key from the neighbour so I did not have to be present. She reported that the young man (Sheridan) was nice and respectful and worked thoroughly. Everything was completed as agreed and the whole process was as stress free as it could possibly be under the circumstances.

We unfortunately had to use an after death cleaning service. We enquired on a Sunday evening and the team were at our property by 2pm the next day. They were very sympathetic & caring after the ordeal we had just been through. They were very professional, talked us through what they were going to do and advised throughout the clean. I was invited to inspect the work after and pleased with the outcome.
