Bought items from them on 2 occasions, both times have been disappointed with the quality. It's very cheap clothing that you can buy for a fraction of the price from either Tiktok shop or ebay. Honestly, not worth the prices.

Still waiting on my order (#438417), placed 11th January. Originally on preorder, for week commencing 22nd January. That date came and went, no email from EA, so I emailed them to be told delivery would now be week commencing 29th January. That date came and went, so I emailed again, asking for an expected delivery date. Reply from EA saying they couldn’t provide an accurate date, and they are still waiting delivery of this item. It is extremely disappointing that I have had to email each time to check on my delivery; EA should be more proactive with this and keep customers informed when there are delays. Payment was taken on the 12th January, but should really be taken when order has been dispatched, which is how it usually works with most retailers. This is my first experience of being an EA customer and it has been a real letdown. Who knows when I will receive my order 🤷🏻‍♀️
UPDATE: Finally received my skirt on 12th February, and returned it on the 13th. Very disappointed with the quality of the skirt, which was the tulle waterfall skirt in khaki. Very cheap materials used, but the worst thing about it was the stitching. This was extremely poor. The stitching around the waistband didn’t even meet at the join, didn’t look like it had been made by a professional seamstress. Had to send it back, no way this item is worth £45. Only upside is I received my refund quickly, however as returns are not free, it has cost me £9 just to try this skirt on. If you like quality clothing avoid this company.

Ordered a skirt a month ago , haven't received it , haven't had any communications since I paid for it

I ordered a size 5 but was sent a size 3 After much searching and messaging I realised I was expected to pay for return but tbf they did accept it was their error and sent me a free return label but I’m still out of pocket for original postage An expensive way to shop with the potential to cost an additional almost ten pounds if item doesn’t suit or fit so not for me

I love this company. The clothes are always high quality, delivery is fast and uses paper for packaging (no plastic).

Originally left negative review due to long waiting times for order, I had emailed but it went in to junk folder, since Elsie’s attic getting in touch the customer service has been amazing! Can’t wait for my beautiful skirt to arrive as I have been looking at them for years, living my full Carrie Bradshaw life :)

Despite seeing massively positive reviews for a dress, when it arrived it was such cheap material and the ‘one size’ style just swamped me , then found out you have to pay for returns as well, going to cost another £4.50 to send it back, expected free returns like most other shops , already paid £4.50 to have it delivered - so it’s cost me £9 to try on this dress that was massively overpriced- can’t believe all the positive reviews I’ve seen on Facebook- honestly save your money

Ordered a skirt that was out of stock on their website for my elopement - Amanda told me she would order one specially for me as a custom order. This wasn't charged as extra, they only charged me the price listed on the website. She also gave me spot on sizing advise.

I was so stressed with organising our last minute ceremony and with the item due for arrival just weeks before, was starting to panic it wouldn't arrive.

EA were so proactive in their comms about shipping with me, emailing a couple times a day whenever the shipment moved. They were so friendly even when I was probably very stressy in response!

Dress was of poor quality. Very disappointed as I have been watching the website for a while. I accept them not paying returns postage, but when I was refunded they took off the postage to send the dress to me too!

Bad experience and I went be buying from them again.

Being a plus size girl, finding dresses is quite hard, finding the right fit the right shape that will look flattering when on.
I kept seeing advertised on social media. Else’s Attic the dresses looked beautiful. I ordered the tutti-frutti Belladona when it came I tried it on and absolutely fell in love with it. My sister had her wedding at the weekend. I wore the dress on the hottest day of the year in September. I received so many compliments on the colour the pattern and how it looked on me. Really made my day, kept me cool. I will definitely be buying more dresses from this amazing little business.

I ordered a beautiful dress from Elsie’s Attic after seeing them on Facebook.

There were so many to choose from that it was a hard decision to make but once ordered, the aftercare was fantastic.

I was kept up to date as to where my order was and it came really quickly.

The dress I chose was the Wrap Front Carly dress in Purple and I’m absolutely in love!

It’s so comfortable and hides my bloated stomach really well. And it’s my first dress with pockets!
